I may try this. BTW Victoria MacKenzie Childs has a channel on here and she deserves more views. I think she is one of the most important artists to come along recently. She took black and white checks and made them unique with her own vision.

Primers are not all the same. You are getting bleed thru. Try a blocking primer instead of stripping. Slightly more but maybe the same since your not stripping. You can get in in a can or a spray can.
CAN YOU TELL US WHAT BRAND TYPE YELLOW PAINT YOU USED ?
I used Caliart YELLOW OCHRE and NAPLES YELLOW. For the blue I used Caliart COBALT BLUE.

A bit of a problem with tying the knots...they keep unraveling even after gluing them...I've made several bracelets successfully but after more than a dozen tries!! Should I switch from craft to super glue??

You just follow the form of the pumpkin. The horizontal stripes have to be enenly distributed first of course.

Thanks for checking out my video. I got that fabric from AliExpress a couple years ago. I can’t remember what it’s called but if you do a search for maybe holographic patch fabric maybe it would come up. I have a lot left over still and I’d be happy to send you some Enough for your hat anyway but I don’t know how to safely share that type of information on this platform lol. It did take about 2 months to get it from AliExpress.
