Adam's clues are TOO VAGUE!! I know Michael Bolton and his music. I only know Adam is related to him because Adam said the bolt was his clue during a confessional. The orther clues are so obvious. Adam can win because even with the wine clue, no one knows his celebirty relative. I predict Naomi will play a significant role in the outcome of this game.

There has been a lot of talk about the microphone on the clue board. I'm assuming that's one of Robin Roberts' clues since she is basically a network news anchor.

For Adam not knowing much about pop culture, he knew most of rhetorical answers. He threw out Marc Anthony. He made the only right guess to send someone home. He isn’t my favorite but he is playing the game despite how he is making them feel.

Great episode (both you guys & the show)! Loved all the clues in the Connections game. I wonder if Mackenzie is an aspiring actress - she definitely has talent! She's my winner pick! She's lucky to have gotten her own clue at the game, but Hud is lucky too.

I am loving both of your recaps of claim to fame enjoying this season. Fun to see who will win and who are their famous relatives. By the way I know you are not watching Big Brother, but this Big Brother 26 season has been EPIC so far. The cast is amazing, and this Thursdays OMG the shocking blindside and the new Twist. This is the second season I’ve been interested in watching claim to fame. I’m having fun just guessing celebrity names I know, so it’s always a surprise because I know I’m wrong! Last year I guessed one right!! I have zero right this season. But I am having fun thinking one of them is a cousin of a celebrity, connecting a ton of clues to them. Even though I know I’m definitely wrong! 🤣🤣

I wish during the reveal they would do into more detail on how they are related. I want to know more than they are just my Aunt, uncle, grandpa etc. I need to know this celebrity is my dad's brother and so on...lol

I keep ranting about this all around to the point where even I am bored, but really Michael Bolton's clues are even worse than - cowboy boots for country singers - 🙄 At the very least they should've revealed one of his most popular songs in the wine bottle clue. We legit got J Lo for Danny, and that's a pretty specific reference in itself, especially coupled with a Latin singer. For MJ who's waaay more popular and recognizable to broad audience we got a scarecrow, moonwalk and Neverland as references for the love of God. 😅 And we keep getting love songs/ballads singer in reference to Bolton with a lightning bolt appearing here and there, but on the clue wall and in challenges only. They should've at least put that in the wine bottle clue. Even if you're familiar with the guy's work, chances are you're not going to be able to guess him cause there's a bunch of ballad singers who operated during '80s and '90s and almost every single one of them had long hair. 🤣

I think the fried chicken / manure combo is for Trace Adkins. Southern fried chicken and horses could be associated with a country singer. I think the fried chicken around Shane's neck is a coincidence. Could his fried chicken leg necklace be hiding contraband? Could he be trying to throw us off and make us think HE'S related to Trace Atkins? I'm as confused as Adam!

I had Adam pegged episode 1 during talent competition when he said he couldn't sing because he sounded to much like his relative. He looks and sounds just like Michael Bolton

Greek stuff is all about John Stamos. He's a famous "Greek". He did Oikos commercials for a long time. According to my notes, Shane has said: he's been to Neverland & Graceland, has met Liz Taylor, and that Michael Jackson is the godfather to someone close to him. Maybe his sister? I didn't get that in my notes.

Oooh I think you hit it with the latin part of the clue. There were a lot of clues on the wall and in the past that fit in with that historical person.

In the touch, there was a 16th birthday cake. That is obviously for Naomi and/or Gracie Lou, so I think they do keep in clues for people who are out. I think it would be too much on production to have to go back and change planned comps as they won't know who goes when. I wish that they were not allowed to pull their own clues.

Douglas's hypothesis, that Adam is "stupid like a fox", has merit. (It doesn't seem possible, but could it all be a brilliant act?) I'm enjoying the unpredictability of the show and the "bad" decisions players make. I'm awful at the clues, but did manage to remember Marc Anthony before Adam said it. (I've got to take whatever win I can.)

Toga is a bit off the cuff clue pointing to the ancient Roman Empire, a significant part of which was Mark Anthony (worked alongside Caesar and after his death took over a portion of the Empire spreading across Egypt, where he met Cleopatra). They spoke in - Latin - in ancient Rome, which can also, in a roundabout way and if you're really looking for it specifically, be interpreted as - of Latin American descent -. All of this leads me to believe that all the ancient Rome adjacent clues are indeed clues for Marc Anthony (the singer), but without the J Lo connection, there was no way in hell that I'd ever make anything out of all these bits and pieces. I mean they're being innovative and that's cool, but these clues are even more vague and difficult to piece together than cowboy boots and hats for country musicians. 😏Time will be kind to Carly, they've really set her up with that green park bench. 🤣😂

To help you with your Greek train, John Stamos is famously Greek. Also Robin Roberts was a pro women's basketball player. Shane admitted in this episode that his relative is an actor and everyone in the house knows his is an actor which is why he was trying to convince Adam & Hud to pull Danny's clue.

I think if Hud had heard some of the conversations between Naomi and Adam when he was asking for more answers but not contributing anything he might have not given Adam the answer, but one of the times was when he was being questioned so he wasn’t privy to it. He just saw that all of the sudden she wasn’t wanting to help Adam. At least that’s how it seemed to me.
