Hi guys! So today's video is another what I eat in a day. It's been a little bit since I've filmed one of these but I always enjoy watching other people's- normally for meal ideas. How did your boyfriend get into Liam Gallagher? You seem too young to have grown up with him. Did you know any of the songs before hand? And most importantly did you enjoy it?🙂
I assume it was probably from his older siblings that’s how I knew about him. We were both too young to grow up with oasis when they released these songs but we both grew up listening to the songs. I knew all of the big songs and a few b sides already but I listened to the full album on repeat a few weeks leading up to the concert. And yes it was absolutely amazing especially as I was so sad about not being able to see oasis when they were still together so it was nice to be able to get to see the album performed live, even with the absence of Noel!
@@miajade25 Well it's nice to see younger people enjoying that type of music since it seems to be out of fashion at the moment. I saw Liam Gallagher at knebworth and Noel at the royal Albert hall but never saw oasis either although my older brother did. I just found your cover of Don't Look Back in Anger. It was good I've never heard a piano version of the song before. Good idea!

Nice work. Clean up the tricep extensions for sure and consider for chest presses doing some with your elbows close to you and others with them more butterfly style extended. For curls definitely watch the elbows try to keep them stationary so the work is done by the biceps. For many of these you can also work in half reps like with curls do a few in the middle of a set where you only drop down halfway, hold for a moment, then back up. That will bring strength and help make the reps flow better. Something I like to do for stronger knees and glutes is bend down 1/3 of the way flexing your legs as you do shoulder press / triceps / and similar movements. Cardio before lifting is great for the heart I don't rest much between sets with weights or pulley machines so often my HR is similar after 45 minutes of lifting as it was after 30 on the elliptical. Nice work looking forward to seeing more!

Do you have any tips on general anxiety about going uni? I'm going to start year 13 and I'm worried. I'm just worried about how it's going to be. How its going to be living in flats/accomadation, mostly the social aspect of it all.
Hey Yh of course! In terms of the social aspect of uni everyone is kind of in the same boat and a lot of people will feel a bit nervous about making friends and all that stuff. Using freshers week to your advantage will really help you make those connections. Also accommodation can be hit or miss ngl it really does depend on the people you end up living with but if you don’t get on with your flat it’s also not the end of the world especially if you have made friends outside of your accommodation. I remember I was very nervous about starting but once I actually moved in and got settled I found it really did ease my anxiety tbh so quite often the build up feels worse than it actually is but I’m sure you will enjoy uni once you get there. I hope some of this helps :)
