Anyway, join me for my in-depth review of one of the year's most interesting SUVs, designed to take on the BMW X3 and Audi Q5, but in Mazda's own inimitable way with lots of nice wood and cloth and… that diesel engine. An SUV with soul? 2024 Alfa Romeo Stelvio Quadrifoglio road and track review

The Alfa Romeo Stelvio Quadrifoglio's a bit of a bloomin' mouthful, and it's certainly getting on a bit, but a raft of updates for 2024 aim to make it feel more modern, more slidey and generally more entertaining. The GEEKIEST fast estate: Peugeot 508 PSE review

I do love a fast wagon, and the Peugeot 508 Peugeot Sport Engineered (PSE) is a hugely interesting car - it uses two electric motors and a 200hp petrol engine to give a 5.2-second 0-62 time, while also offering reasonable boot space and… erm, slightly rubbish back-seat accommodation. BMW's greatest car ever built- the M5 E39. (Mic drop)
Usually VWs are pretty stable compared to BMW, Audi and Mercedes who loos a huge amound of value in the first 5 years ... but this new Model i have the feeling will loose a lot of Value ! No one will pay 40k-50k for a used Passat if ts costs new 60k 😂... 50%loss minimun they wont ho for more than 30k on the used market
Do you still drive it?
why the TV screen is so small 😢I want an IMAX plasma panel on my dash
Hi Tim, Im looking into getting this car but I've noticed some issues that I wanted to check with you. Has there been issues with the AdBlue tank, and Electric parking brake failure? Im getting one with the facelift like yours but I've seen the cars pre-facelift had a lot of issues, never mind the camshaft/belt issues
What's all this with north Kent? Is it a tax dodge? 🤣
Really enjoyed the review entertaining whilst being informative! Thanks Tim
Ive got one fucking amazing
Wow,great video 👍🏻👍🏻 I want to buy 2023 M5com but a need to now does all M5 comp from 2021to2024 have opf or????
They’ve got this car so so wrong in my opinion - looks ok from the front, but from the side and rear it looks like a Vauxhall Astra estate
Looks cheap, interior is ok, comfy. No where near as nice as they used to be. VW have fallen so far in-terms design and overall feel. New Tiguan is same.
No wonder the phone moved!😀
I have a Skoda Kodiaq 2020 2.0 Diesel SEL 4x4 and it’s the best car I have ever had from an all round functionality, comfort and space. It’s practical , massive boot and 7 seats. We use it for family holidays (3 kids) and biking with the tow bar. I previously had Santa Fe, Audi Q5, A6, A4, A3 and switched to Kodiaq. I average 44MPG on my normal months where I have a short 12mile commute each way and have done 45,000 miles in 3.5 years. My wife had the Tarraco 2.0 Diesel 4x4 and the Skoda is better built and much quieter. The CarPlay is nice and works well.
im probably getting old, but i dislike all these manufacturers ditching the actual buttons and switching to touchscreens ...
Who wouldn't love a "Karmen Hard On" sound system? :)
the chinese are going to mop the floor with peugeot with their low priced high range EVs in a few years... 50k is insane.
Karmon Hardon sound system? 😂
A plumber has a use for wet wipes to 😂😂
Bugger the diesel! I have a 3.3 litre petrol turbo and it’s the best thing since sliced bread! Diesels are only for trucks and buses, not cars!
I'll buy it over the M3 for one reason only. It's not the reason that most people would think. It's got a dipstick.
I am considering buying a Kodiaq or the Karaq. I like both, but for a daily driver around town, I like the Karoq because of the smaller turning circle and parkability. Are there any other advantages the Kodiaq has over the Koroq, besides the Looks??
love this! love the acceleration sound especially
Will it had 1.0 engine at least or they gone even more woke?
Soon it’ll be a 0.0 engine amiright 🤣🤣🤣
it's pretty ironic since volkswagen means "people's car", not "expensive car"
Price is crazy but that's such a great looking car. I like the euro market Passat
Hi Dear Tim Sir, I hope you are doing well. I am a CZcams video SEO expert. I was analyzing your CZcams channel. I am really impressed by your videos, but your CZcams channel has some issues. You have made many videos, but your CZcams channel is not getting as many views and subscribers as expected. Because you have no complete SEO for any videos, no channel tags, and no video tags, if you SEO your videos, your subscribers and views will increase, and your channel will grow. Your video quality is very good, but the channel is not increasing due to not doing video SEO. By doing video SEO, the channel grows faster. I can help you if you want.
disel is the best option for this car
Great review Rodie, although it needs more buttons. Looking like a Tesla on the interior is not a good look.
This looks quite satisfying, but I'd like it in blue or white.
golf estate looks better and the arteon estate looks a hell lot sexier
If you split the front grill in half, you've got a...bmw 😂
I drive this car and it is better than a BMW 3 M. Cheers Peter
Talk about posh and stylish, those ankle socks are smashing! Prefer the Superb though.
Haha, my very limited sense of fashion goes completely out of the window in summer
How can you drive with your legs bent like that 😄 ? The legs should be stretched out as much as possible to drive comfortable 😊...
Sorry, but that's absolute nonsense… I'm 6'3". If my legs were stretched out I'd have straight arms on the wheel which is a no-no
@@TimRodieDrivesStuff 6'3" oooo 😄, you are absolutely right 🤗... It must be a pain when you review a small city cars 😄. Btw your reviews are superb ,let's keep it up 💪
Every single time I see an electric boot I think that just means more unnecessary weight and more stuff to eventually break (even on a VW) 🙄. Cars had manual boots for decades and no one died from arm strain or no one died from malnutrition while they wasted away in the shopping centre carpark as they had to endure the life-changing inconvenience of placing the shopping bag in one hand down for 2 seconds to open the manual boot. People are such morons for wanting and accepting shite like electric boots from manufacturers
Tim! This or superb sportline wagon for a two small kids family from the land of bluey!?
Either is excellent, depends whether you prefer the height of an SUV when you’re wrestling little ones into the car! For me I’d go Superb. More boot, more efficient. Sportline can be a bit firm for me though on the Superb
@@TimRodieDrivesStuff great advice. Thank you sir!
Are you sure that’s not ramsgate ?
I’m forever getting them confused
Ach nein! Die Tschechen haben sich die besten Stücke geklaut.
Not sure why is everyone missing the volume knob, I haven't touched mine for years. If your car has steering wheel controls, what's the point?
I touch mine everyday 😉
It's healthy! That's what I tell myself
Knobs need to be touched frequently to maintain functionality. Touching buttons is not exciting.
Funny enough Ive ordered a diesel superb estate for the very reason I couldn't get a diesel or 2.0tsi in the passat. I've been a long time passat owner but family holidays 2 adults and 3 kids and boot full of luggage that poor little 1.5 would be strained. So decided to go for the Skoda I'm not a badge snob so it doesn't bother me and the bigger 2.0L makes more sense in a car of this size and weight.
It's a Mazda...You have to mention reliability.
Kids sharing an iPad.... You make me laugh. :)
Why They don't invest more on hydrogen, or LPG?🤔
Fuel Engine, and Manual Hand Break is the future!💪💪💪
I guess the anoraks would remind you there is no longer a sedan....
Your VPL suggests you’re massive. Congratulations 👍🏽
I really want to like this as I like the last Passat a lot, however the uk spec options (limitations) are baffling so they'll sell about 5 and then bin it and use those sales figures to bolster the argument that SUV's are the only thing anyone wants anymore 🙄
Skoda superb is the same car with a better interior for less money No brainer
Not much less though 😅
No diesels, grr! Looks like you filmed this in Summer 2024…..
We had a very brief summer last week. In autumn now
That ugly 2012 Ipad dash is the single dealbreaker. Wow that is bad... how can a company so rich pick something so cheap looking
It reminds me of what HM would look like in budgie smugglers. Can you imagine if he wore them to a garden party?
