Great information...I made my own machine....also got annoyed it went so slow....I had 2 single acting spool valves left over from another project..I plumbed these up to switch the drives from parrellel to series....get double the speed,just can't turn,but don't care as I'm just moving from one place to another...thanks for the great channel.

I just bought one and think it’s a good purchase at least for me. I sold my farm but wanted a mini machine to pull my timber talon log trailer and it is the ting in my yang… loader on tracks pulling a backhoe on a wheeled dump trailer. I need to adjust my axels to reduce tongue weight but a very robust, capable machine for the money. I see no reason why parts cannot be fixed or replaced. A strong simple machine. Perfect for me anyway.

If I were you I'd see how demand is for those oddball adapters. It might make sense to have a batch of adapters in house especially if you're the only one in the world selling them. If your special order fitting that you paid thousands to have manufactured costs me $100 to get up and running again, I'm buying it no questions asked.

Ideally maximum system oil pressure would be set at the minimum PSI required for the work load. Excess system pressure setting can build hydraulic oil heat and stress pump/hoses and structure.

What size are your tester fittings ?

Another great video Cam! Two questions: 1- I have mostly seen machines where the cooler is installed after the filter in the return line. Can you comment on the pros and cons of each approach? 2- Can you make a video that goes into the specifics and explains how the different components of a dual circuit pump with flow divider valve (with safety solenoid, accumulator and filter) and joysticks operate on machines such as the H15?

Great information Cam! My Diggit EM15, as well as Miva VA15S (both rebranded JG-15 from the OEM Shandong Jianggong Machinery Co., AKA SDJG) use the M27 fittings on their return circuits. The machines do have BSPP to M27 adapters on the valve body and solenoid but, just as you, I have not been able to track down any source for them yet. I have found the M27 crimp fittings on AliExpress but asking sellers on Alibaba will be required to track down adapters.

WTF!? Why would they take the extra step of inventing a new standard? Incidentally, I thought I was losing my mind with my AutoKato Scissor lift. The crimped hose end is a 37° female end marked m14 1.5.. this mixing of JIC flares with metric threads is endemic..

I bought a Rippa R319, so far it’s been great, 24 hours so far on it without any issues besides the bucket sides are thin and have bent out a little.

So I have a H15 and the hose that comes off the hydraulic tank on that 90 degree fitting, is that the m27x1.5? My problem is there is no drain plug on the tank. How do I go about draining the fluid?

I've been having an issue since day 1 with my h12. The machine drives fine when you first start it up, but once the hydro oil gets around 110f the tracks stop working independently. It has no problem driving straight, but i can't turn. The engine just revs and strains and i won't get any movement unless both tracks are moving the same speed and direction. After turning the machine off and letting it cool it works fine again. I just purchased the oil cooler kit and I'm hoping it helps. Any idea where this problem is coming from?

One of the best attachments that I already got or I would have called Brad, is the root ripper. It pulls smaller stumps/sticker bushes/poison ivy out easily, and also can pull the roots of larger stumps to help get larger stumps out. It is also great for those surface roots that the lawn mower hits, to get them out. It would be nice if the inside had a cutting edge, or an anvil edge with the thumb to act like a giant pruning shear.
