I work as a supervisor in a warehouse on the second shift. I have been diagnosed with insomnia / sleep apnea. By Thursday or Friday, I am wiped out. I live by myself, so on the weekend, I clean the house mow the grass. I dread Mondays to where it starts all over again. I need to find a different job, but I didn't have the energy because of fatigued all the time.

That's interesting to know that vision takes up a lot of processing power. It kind of explains when I'm fatigued and in a busy environment I get 'startled' alot from things that are happening around me, particularly when gazing around. Things just seem they come out of nowhere and it kind of spooks me.

I struggle everyday with all the other symptoms that exist in my life and do not seem to get better with time. It is extremely frustrating to not be able to be in environments with background noise as this is very overwhelming when my brain is experiencing stress and migraines.

I was told by doc i would never walk again and may regain majority of feeling in up to 5 years in which my answer was "insert choosen vulgarity here" signed myself out and never stepped foot in a "medical establishment" again!!!!!! Within that I on my own with interesting methods was walking in 6 months. Problem is i never had physical and mental therapy and if i did i think my list of questions would just be bigger lol. Any suggestions on avenues to take to relearn my brain? Because i am overly active physically especially when people are around I'm told i don't need well lots but they are the same people who use my lack of memory for their benefit amd i really need guidance from people who have experienced this. Sorry so early lack of sleep seems to be my mo these days and if i didn't get this out now may have nevah happened. thanks to anyone who got this far id appreciate any feedback
