Cade is an easy pick with 1st overall, every year outside of that you could question who they took Why take Ivey at 5 when they already had Cade + Hayes (who they just took at 7 a few years before) when they could have taken Mathurin or Sharpe who are more natural wing players than Ivey Killian Hayes, not a good pick at the time and in retrospect Luke Kennard one spot before Mitchell and two before Bam. 11 spots above OG Sekou Dombouya, Henry Elleson, Stanley Johnson (8th overall!) Caldwell Pope (8th also) Since 2013 Cade is the only 1st round pick you can say the Pistons made the best move at the time on They usually draft terrible which is why they usually are terrible I love the 04 pistons so no hate, just a sad reality

Agreed, that's why Sarr is the likely pick. Clingan is likely a Walker Kessler type player at best and in a high paced offense a player like that is lucky to give you 25+ minutes a night. I hope you enjoyed the video though, if you did please do subscribe!

Agreed, Levis isn’t bad for a second year QB but Mason’s been through a few already and that alone just gives me slight instinctual edges over Levis that make a big difference at the NFL level

Mason will shine out over Levis. Not that Levis is poor.

The Steelers are going to a run-first team still as well. I think Pittsburgh will be good next year don’t get me wrong, but like you said, the upside for Mason is much higher in Tennessee than it was ever going to be in Pittsburgh Levis will get the job back in a couple years, but for 2024 Mason should have a nice chance to set himself apart Also appreciate the sub and hope to see you around again!

That’s fair, but even outside of “stats” you can’t honestly say that Pickett looks/has looked more comfortable in the pocket than Rudolph

Day 1 I think you’re right but I think if the titans 1-3 or something similar and Levis has like 1TD and 170 yards per game they’ll probably change things up and I do think that possibility is alive

Mason is TWICE the QB Levis - Hell, look at their college ALONE

Just hide in the bushes and watch. Mason is a competitor with the arm, brains and leadership to back it up. The locker room and fans are going to love him.

I appreciate your respectful correction on his name and I do agree he could be the future for the team. He has a good arm, he had a positive TD/INT ratio as a rookie, and he even played better than the 1st overall pick in the same draft as him I just don’t think it will do him much harm to watch a (hopefully) successful offence for a year or at the very least to have a player he knows can replace him at any time. There exists a substantial quantity of lifetime PIT Steelers aficionados that are extremely pissed at the franchise for allowing him to go. I was a Levis 1st round guy, BUT he will meet his match.. Mason Rudolph also was a 1st round guy that SOLELY because he was coming from OK ST. instead of Oklahoma dropped his value.. Trust me, I watched the 2017 Bedlam... Mason Rudolph V Baker MayField where many said OkST had #2 TD's stolen from referees... 62-55 BARN BURNER game. Rudolph wins that matchup & he is the Heisman guy instead of Baker MayField, He is in contention for that 1st round 1st pick instead of Baker MayFiled... Levis, albeit good, is a few mistakes from superseded by Mason Rudolph. Ya'll in TEN have a superior QB room to us here in PIT.. 100%

Respectfully this video was made the day of the trade. I didn't think the Raptors would fall as hard as they have this year but at the same time the Knicks haven't re-signed OG yet and the team is currently beat up and struggling. Most people would agree with you at this point however the Knicks have won the trade. Maybe in a few months things will change, but again, for now, you're right

That’s fair, like I said in the video, is being the best QB on a team with Pickett and Mitch really that special? I agree there’s a bit too much hype around his 3 games but still think he can play better than someone like Desmond Ridder or Josh Dobbs so he’ll likely get a bottom tier starting job or good backup job which is fair for now

Mason is the farthest thing from a racist, it's a shame that got blown out of proportion. I think with the news coming out of Pittsburgh at QB today we can for sure expect to see Mason get a fair chance to start somewhere else next year. You know I’m actually a bit surprised at how much Steelers fans dislike Tomlin now From an outside perspective I always viewed him as a good consistent coach who always has top 10 defences but the fan base largely seems fed up with him!
