I am disabled and started playing checkers against the computer about 2 months ago to occupy my time. Level 4 was about all I could play and win about 50%. Then I found your channel and started studying and applying your techniques. I'm up to a level 8 now at over a 90% win rate. At level 9 I'm at a 74% win rate and level 10 I'm at 45%. So I want to thank you for the videos and instructions, it has made such a difference in how I play and think. You are so generous in sharing your knowledge and ability. Thank You.

Checkers is a game that I've never won in, no matter how many times i've played. I can beat my mom at chess all day, even half asleep, yet the moment she pulls out checkers I'm five years old again and so confused on what to do lol

I am left handed, does that mean my right brain is dominant and I see the board differently. Just a thought.....

I feel there is a logical explanation ,I keep thinking that the strategy is more to do with the angle of play and that every angle must have a logical response. I lose just about every time. I hope somehow I develop an eye to see the oppositions next move.

How can I play online

If my opponent misses a jump, then I can take his piece for not jumping. Is that correct? And when I do take his piece for not jumping is it still my turn

11:29 can the checker on the bottom right move to g2 to force the king back to f2 then you can try the trap by moving the h4 checker piece, to g5. If he still saw the trap still after that u can get king still right? subbed btw. I was thinking abt buying ur book

You could of also won at 13:48 it is also what I would do. You could move white from H-2 to G-3 You would check his king, and you could move your other king into a corner. He would then advance to a king. And when he does, you can get a check on his king
