Price?
I find getting information about rental apartments from Uruguay real estate websites very difficult. They have elaborate search engines in which one places the price range, living area, etc. The problem is that they don't seem to work. That is a bad sign.

Hi, it’s on Roatan. Located in the Caribbean Sea off the coast of Honduras in The Bay Islands.
Do you have ocean view. Now what’s the rental occupancy per year? Does it rent out 40 percent of the year? And how much does each unit bring in financially. The gross and net worth? Before property management and monthly fees and hydro house insurance. Also after all those bills too. What you would put in your pocket. Don’t forget paying income tax to government. Thx
Hi Cathi! Thank you for watching! This is brand new construction so it hasn’t been used as a rental or lived in. Potential income for either short or long term rentals. The island occupancy varies but I would venture to say closer to 60-70% year round with Winter, Spring and Summer being the strongest rental periods. The bills would be depending on rental type.

I’ve heard from a few realtors that 3 months maybe filled up a year then it’s slow? Does that sound about right to you? Now by the location and size what would you guess the apts would each bring is around 175.00 night? Thanks Catji
@@cathimummery6873 as an investor my self and have rental properties on the island, I believe 60-70% is a correct average but this property lends itself to a being a good long term rental as well. I think weekly rates for this location could be about $1200-1500/week.

If I owned this property I’d love to get this kind of money for a place with no water access, a pool or a hot tub and without a hill climb whenever I want to go out to eat, drink or the ocean.
