@@marijn4743 you can't use the cinestyle profile while on HDR PQ....you can use the HDR PQ mode+ normal and reduce contrast and saturation... you'll get that on 10 bit... cinestyle is 8 bit so it won't be as good on editing

There is 1/50 and 25fps video. There is no need to use ND. Highlights are blown because it's to sunny and to cloud at same time. To high difference in dinamic range:( Need more expensive camera for this, or record more darker and than use noise reduction. But R10 is great:)

This video has no words at all, but only shows details in light and dark areas. And as you can see from the video, there is a difference in colors, but not in the dynamic range. That's all I wanted to show. And you are right, Cinestyle didn’t add more dynamic range.

There is a big difference in dynamic range too. Just expose the hdr pq a step below. No ETTR. Expose a step below center and than pull shadows at post. You will see the crazy difference. DO the same test again. It's all about exposing correct at the beginning.@@Mykytasblog

I got that feeling while using both... there's no point in using cinestyle its just another 8 bit profile... you can custom that look yourself... but reading what you said here cinestyle is just a filter lol... I ll use mine on hdr pq with the neutral profile and lower the saturation and contrast a couple notches... with a fast lens and a nd filter that should look great

Hi! There is dual pixel in 4k 60fps recording. What about RP - I don’t know. But I knew that R10 capture video in 6k then make oversempling to 4k. RP has not so detailed 4k. But it’s full frame:)

Hi) I liked 3 things about this 18-45 lens 1) It's its weight 2) The minimum focal length 3) The size of the lens. Considering that this lens often comes with APS-C cameras, it's fine for starting out and just getting creative. But it is very bad for a good result. It has no bokeh and needs a lot of light to get a sharp picture. They changed the minimum zoom to 18mm instead of the 15-45 on the EF-M lens. To sum it up, I definitely recommend buying the body and the RF-S 18-150mm. This lens is brighter and will very well be able to cover any basic needs. I bought my R10 + 18-45 + EF-RF Adapter on a special offer. What's your budget?

@@Mykytasblog thanks, I could afford to buy the r8 and variable aperture 24-105 which would be about $3000 Australian combined - but spending half that on the R10 and 18-45mm is appealing too. I’d only be using them for video of landscapes and the focal range including the 4k60 crop of the R10 would cover my needs. I wouldn’t need the 150mm zoom and the extra cost would make the R8 better value. I haven’t seen any overheating tests on the R10, any idea how prone it is to overheating in 4k30 and/or 60?

The R8 is a completely different camera. It has a Full Frame sensor and many other features. And there's no need to compare them at all. The R8 is a much higher class of camera and will give you more shooting possibilities. But again, full frame will require you to have more expensive optics to unlock the full potential of the camera. The R10 is a budget model with an APS-C sensor.

If I understand you correctly, and you're asking about the computer on which I mounted it - it's simple))) MacBook Air M1. It is enough to process this format. Davinci Resolve:)

The video was 24/25 fps i guess. some slow motion. Or if the question is R10 can 4k 60fps? Then Yes. It can but with a crop. In 60fps.

It’s all rec in 4k 29.97 fps, but next video will be tested with 4k60 :)

4k 29.97, but I will try another modes. For 4k60 it’s normal but with little crop. But still great for that price!
