Yeah but what's the hack for getting your burritos to loosen up like that most burrito dough is so tight they break apart when you try to roll them.

This is wrong. Its better to start with the back to front slide. Then fold your sides over and roll. That way you dont get sides that can easily flop open when the burrito is squeezed
