    • @globuslive
      @globuslive Před 6 měsíci

      Use something like credit card or guitar pick, they have locking tabs on the bottom. So insert card between connector and the housing. It's tricky a bit. Don't force it too much, or they would break. They work even broken, but better to save it. The one that closer to the wires, should come off first. Hope it helps

    When you dont know the gas pressure. You should make sure nothing is on in the house except the furnace. Clock the gas meter for a few revolutions to get your usage. After the conversion clock the meter again and adjust your gas pressure until you get the same time for the same number of revolutions. Without equipment to measure manifold pressure and manufacturer specs this is the best you can do which for this old unit is probably good enough.

    Nice 1. Step by step so this encouraged me to have a go. I did manage to fix it, ( turn off airbag warnin light) although it seems I'd a slightly different problem. And working on a different vehicle, Rebault Master, but steps all the same near enough however I could find no broken, cracked or frayed wires or pins in need of soldering or fixing, but what I did do while I was at it was to clean up all the plugs and electrical connections before putting it all back together and this seems to have done the job. Might try this 1st before taking all apart if ever going at it again. So good oul WD40 comes to the rescue again and saving €250 on parts from manufacturer whenever he managed to get them in.
