This was super helpful, Idin. Especially because the previous application season was my first and I was so disappointed in myself that I wasn’t able to secure atleast a next stage. Listening to this video and as I reflect on my past apps made me realise that I certainly did a few of those mistakes. A few apps fell into the “unlucky” category I’m guessing. Thank you for the encouragement and I really hope to crush the next application season!!
Thanks so much for watching the video and I'm glad you think it spotted some issues in your applications - next time, watch it again *just* before submission so you'll make sure it's as good as it can be! Good luck :)
These were the words I needed to hear! Thank you so much. I watched this before my AC and actually got an offer!

an actual gem of a video thank you so much for this in-depth walk through, ill be referring to this regularly !!
That's too kind, thank you for watching!
Thanks for the video! I'm having trouble understanding how the first one is absolutely false. It says race equality was discussed (doesn't say for how long or whether that was the purpose of the conference). So it can't absolutely be false that industrial relations was mostly discussed.
Hi, can you share your pdf?

Isn't it so bizarre to live in a world where there's enough information about this horrible situation to make an entire tv show covering it and only the production of that tv show spurred the government to open an inquiry??
it's really sad!
It's sad that this horrendous scandal can be explained in 60 seconds however there seems to be a lack of will to sought the mess I mean, here we are 25 years later and still counting. There's a scandal inside a scandal. 600K? Tell 'em they're dreamin', 600K is just the starting point.
Watching this is so soothing I’ve one coming up in two weeks time 😭
Good luck with the AC!!!! 🤞

That has been really constructive. It is true: you may think that the other part is doing you a favour. That is not good for you because it does not make you feel that you are worth it. You must give your best. And that comes out of you because you are good and here you are. Tomorrow, I have my assessment day. Whatever it happens I shall be better. I trust that I shall do my best, I shall stay until the end, and I shall have the best behaviour. Thanks for this message.

do everyday corporate lawyer work for 12-14 hours a day or it is sometimes? what are other types of law we can pursue in order to have a work life balance?
Most UK (and US) corporate lawyers can work 12+ hour days when they're on deals that are moving fast. Sometimes, things can be much quieter in corporate though. Then, you'll have more time for yourself (+ can log off earlier). There are 'advisory' areas of law (as opposed to 'transactional') which tend to have more regular working hours.
On Average how many days in a week or in a month a corporate lawyer would be working for 12-14 hours a day?? And does it depend on the firm size?
@@murtazachohan7027 not possible to give an average as it depends on business of the firm, market conditions, how well your firm is staffed etc. But it would be for a period of time, then after deals complete, it would generally stop. If your firm does corporate, pe, m&a or finance/banking transactions, this will be more common. That's why at most of the US firms (which do corporate and finance mostly) it happens often.
Thanks soo much Idin 😊 my AC starts in 12 minutes needed this 😊
