Schuld-sin/debt: Mark 10:45 For even the Son of Man (Messiah) did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom (payment of debt for the sins of humanity) for many. The Temple Tax: Matthew 17:25…when Peter came into the house, Jesus was the first to speak. What do you think Simon? he asked. From whom do the kings of the earth collect duties and taxes- from their own sons or from others. 17:26 From others , Peter answered. Then the sons are exempt, Jesus said to him. 17:27 But so that we may not offend them, go to the lake and throw out your line. Take the first fish you catch, open its mouth and you will find a four-drachma coin. Take it and give it to them for my tax and yours. There is nothing on earth that is of spiritual value except the value that the Almighty places on his creation; humanity.

Both the suñ and the moon appear the same size in our sky. Why would Aristarchus assume the moon to be very close and small, and the sun to be very far and large? Why wouldn't he assume them to be the same size and same distance away from us? He is unable to calculate the distance the earth is from the moon to even attempt to calculate the distance the earth is from the sun. This is all hocus pocus gobblygook.

Greeks occupied Izmir in 1919. He started to massacre the Turkish people living there. He committed the same massacres not only in Izmir but also in the surrounding provinces. In response, the Turkish Muslim people started a war of independence under the leadership of Ataturk. The Greeks lost even though they had great forces behind them. After losing, the Greeks started burning Izmir and surrounding cities. And this fight we started against the occupation is called genocide. How can a person with a conscience approve of this?

It was the Greek Army which invaded Turkey and paid the cost as a result. We all know how the Greek Army set the Turkish villages ablaze while retreating from the Asia Minor. If Greek had not initiate an adventure in Asia Minor then it could not have been that much suffering for both nations.
not true at all even till this day the turkish wish to take more and more from us all they do is oppress the greeks and take from them. do not try to paint turkish as the victims in the this story because they never will be. they killed people in the streets, raped women, tore families apart. they are criminals and will never be held accountable for their crimes and turkish people will make disgusting lie and jokes about what happened this day it’s gross. get educated. the turkish have committed multiple genocides against the greeks there is nothing and there will never be anything to excuse them for what they have done and what they continue to do. don’t forget the turkish started the war when they took land that originally belonged to us. we landed in smyrna wanting back what was once ours. and they retaliated with multiple genocides because they are greedy and only want what is not theirs (aka greek land)
The Greek army entered to Anatolia to protect the Christian population from the genocide of Turkish nationalists.

At first they wanted Greece to be the stabilizing power of the territory, so they helped them. With a powerful enough Greece and a powerful enough Turkey, to stabilize the area. So they stayed neutral at that point. Something like this. Go figure.

Interesting the history classes never seem to teach the crimes of the religion of ‘peace’. Wonderful to know the truth. You can never hide the truth.

They killed over 3 million Turks in Western Anatolia and Balkans.
I found out recently that my great grandmother whom I called yia yia fled this with her family, and that’s how eventually they ended up in athens (after moving during the Second World War from where they fled to). I didn’t even know my family history in Greece lead back to this.
Mine too
Here is a little bit about my history. This was a terrible and very sad thing they did to the Greeks in Smyrni and Constantinople. It was a genocide and Holocaust. After all my Thias and Theos died in Greece I found out by the oldest cousins where we are originally from. We are from Smyrni and Constantinople. Now I actually fully understand..…..our families didn’t want to talk about the sufferings and the death they witnessed. They all were successful business owners and very wealthy. They lost lives, money, homes, and businesses. They all suffered 4 back to back wars and did not want to talk about it. All my life I was told by Greeks telling me that I don’t look Greek because I do not have the very dark olive skin nor the hooked nose, nor the curly hair which my hair is very straight. I did not say anything back to them because all I know I am a Greek and I speak Greek and American. My sister did a DNA test and we are 68% Greek, 28% Belorussian Jew, and 4% Turk, yes 4% Turk blood flows through my veins. The reason why I have 28% Belorussian Jew is that my great Grandfather married a Belorussian Jew that converted to Orthodoxy. My Great Pappou was a Orthodox Priest as his father was also from Belarus. Memory eternal. It is sad that we have to find out after they all leave this earth. So very sad and once again memory eternal.
My great grandmother also lived in Smyrna. Her house was not destroyed in the fire, and now a Turkish family lives there. A few years ago when I found this out, I visited the house and said everything, and frankly under the floor of the kitchen (which was untouched), I found a whole set of jewelry and dolls. They had my great grandma’s name on them. Nearly cried.
well, my mothers great grandparents didn’t make it out alive, my grandmother was an orphan who fled to Thrace just outside of soufli.
