Today is one of my favorites instruments ever! This fine and precious bagpipe was made with love by @christiansparfeldt4938. He used olive wood for the pipe and the bordoun. I'm playing a short medley of 3 different pieces, all quite ancient. Can you recognize them?

Why was this marvellous piece of wood called "voice flute" back in the Baroque era? Probably because its warm sound reminded them the human voice? We don't know precisely. This is so lovely❤....and unbelievably from the other side of the world( Australia) I play this sonata solo on my Mollenhauer tenor just like you do😊 I did transpose music down a whole tone. How do you play two notes simultaneously? Is there a special technique? Happy Birthday!
I can not really say, but I will try: first of all, a lot of practicing in the lower octave. Then try to stay in the low octave but give a little more pressure with your lips so that you hit the higher octave... let me know how it goes!!

Que bonita técnica tienes.....donde puedo comprar un kiz de calidad?,,llevo 4 comprados y todos son malos,con unas cañas muy finas.....tengo un Mansur de calidad pero el kiz no lo encuentro.....ya no me fío ni de tiendas de música ni de artesanos ,todos por internet,no puedo probarlos y nesecito saber dónde puedo conseguir uno como el tuyo
