I’m setting up to do a similar project, DOHC cylinder heads for a Harley Davidson V-Rod. With the need for machining at various angles, I’m constructing a bed of parallel rails like a seat-guide machine. One end connected to a rotary index table, the other to a pillow block, to act as the trunnions. I wanted to end up with something adaptable to other applications.

@Ahmadfullheart-lk3hf A few things I learnt from the experts regarding casting alu. Make sure any tool that touches the molten alu is very hot a d free of moisture as it causes alu to explode. Also wear proper protective gear as alu sticks to skin. I have gone over most things in previous videos. Learn from mistakes and you will be making amazing parts in no time. Hope that is what you were after.

As soon as I turn it off, the bike stops. - I heard it was pilot jet, but I took off the bowl, removed it and it was clean...ran a guitar through all the little holes...any other ideas?
