I went to Palisades High class of 1986 it was the BEST AND GREATEST EXPERIENCE of my youth. To see and experience life and cultures from a different lense. It made me who I am, now with that being said, the homes are stunning, but CALI real estate whether you can afford it or not, NO JOKE.

All I need is a safe and clean city, also nice restaurants and good schools!!! Totally on my top 5 citys to live.

Hi Pierce, very good video and objective. I lived in Playa del Rey for 15 months and I totally agree with you on that this is with Marina one of the best locations in US to live in. The proximity of LAX is key, and I liked very much to see the planes taking off from the runways. On the down side, housing and real state is so expensive! I have lived in many places of the world and LA-Marina del Rey-Playa del Rey -Santa Monica are my best. My dream is to be able to retire in Playa or Marina del Rey. Thank you for your videos and keep on doing this.

I started searching for a new video after our host shoehorned Kanye and the Kardashians into his list of Calabasas considerations because I genuinely thought this was a comedy video. I’m still somewhat on the fence, but I lean towards this guy just talking that way without realizing it. Around 2014 I left, crime meth homelessnes made it a lousy place to be not to mention overpriced Id never move back. Last time I drove the 118 3 yrs ago there was more trash on the fwy than Tijuana it was disgusting.

I lived there until 2018 when the Woolsey fire struck, then I moved. I loved Calabasas, but the locals WERE NOT friendly at all.
