Thank you for this video! I don't know if i missed it but what do you use for math for elementary? I'm going to be using R&S English next month and so excited! I lean more toward CM style as well but I kept hearing how R&S English is solid but short! Even though i don't like textbook style, he'll enjoy it for sure!

I know im viewing this few days late but do you strictly shop Aldi only? They're part of a bunch of stores with big recall on produce. I shop several different stores In my area theres no Aldi or save a rot Our Kroger is the best place to get deals on produce and it lasts a long time past sell and use by dates even when its on clearance for 99 cents. Id say IGA is next best for price Iga has good price on mewt but you got to freeze what you aren't going to use in couple days or itll spoil that is why i usually buy meat from Kroger even when its marked down to clearance ut will not spoil in the fridge at least for a week thats when it' starts looking off Walmart seems to best place for dry goods and some refrigerator products Dollar tree i get my cleaning needs except detergents there. The trash bags are thinner but we don't use a huge can just kitchen size can I buy the trash bags foam plates pot holders there light bulbs some cat and dog treats some of there bowls for pet food and there denture adhesive sucks. But the fandy aisles and snack aisle has some decent stuff

I think you hit the nail on the head when you mentioned spending in a way the aligns with your values. That’s the way I use the resources I’m blessed with. I’m NOT cheap or stingy. However, I’m prudent and a good steward. When I spend our income, I’m always asking myself if I’m spending in a way that benefits my family, respects our beautiful earth, and am I generously contributing to others. Those things align with my belief system of being the best version of myself, and being a blessing to others. I also believe that we are that we might have joy, so I don’t mind spending money on those fun things that bring us joy if there’s an abundance in our bank account. 😊

I've shopped thrift stores and garage sales for years the only new clothes I will buy are personal items. I went into a Goodwill the first time in 2 years they are getting too pricey

I like thrifting and going to consignment shops.

I have chickens and boil my fresh eggs using the hot water method. They always come out clean peeled. Put room temp eggs in boiling water and boil for 10 minutes and then cool down in an ice bath. I do not let mine get all the way cold before peeling.

I'm the gal who tries to live life without all the gadgets. I do have a microwave that was a built in , gifted to me but I dont use it , the children do. I tried the instant pot and gave it away, as well as a mixer, food processor and toaster oven. What I do have and love the most is my espresso machine, blender and crockpot. ❤ love the color of your espresso machine.

When I got to thrift stores, i buy clothes of all sizes for my kids and put then aside. I have a 7m old and 4yr old. They will get used

I always use some bacon grease..yum!

I just made chicken “fried rice” for supper. I used a jar of Aldi teriyaki sauce instead of soy sauce or aminos for the seasoning. I also did not use cold rice. I just used fresh cooked basmati. It will be ready for use to eat when we get home from church tonight.

Hi! I know that you wanted to know a good way to peel fresh, hard boiled eggs. I don't know, but, I accidently found out if I refrigerate store-bought eggs after I boil them, I put them in a covered container in the frig. and after 3-4 days, they were incredibly easy to peel!
