Josh Kirk: Mountain Man & Bison Rancher
We always say the best thing about working for WeatherWool is friendships we're building and Josh Kirk is just a fantastic fellow to be able to call a friend. We turned on the camera while Josh gave us a tour of the Ranch since Ralph and Debby were out there a few years ago.
Looking forward to spending more time with Josh in the future.

    • @WeatherWool
      @WeatherWool Před 4 dny

      Denim weight about the same as MidWeight Fabric. It has performed very well in the weather. I haven't had a chance to wear it myself much over the winter but I was pleased with how well it performed. Not up to the performance of MidWeight in my opinion but will have a better-informed opinion come April 2025. As you can see in the vid, Cody was very happy with weather-resistance. Mobility same as MidWeight in my experience. Thanks --- Ralph

    • @TrustinTimber
      @TrustinTimber Před 4 dny

      In my opinion what the MidWight does better than the denim is trap air in the wool itself. It’s more breathable. I love the feeling of a cool breeze coming and then feeling the warm air blow through on my skin. Not sure if that makes sense, but in other words, I’m less likely to build up sweat in the MidWeight. So if wearing directly on skin like a CPO vs Chore Coat I’d say go mid weight CPO. The Jacquard fabric is pretty special. On the other hand, as a work coat dealing with saw dust or just general work coat I’d probably prefer the denim. It’s pretty tough stuff.
