I seen this rare piece of an intro before! It was similar to the Playstation Version. I've seen some video of this based on Windows 95 port. I would love to play something like that on my PC Windows 11! "Time to persuade an ambitious governor to a Tiger and Wolf Strategy!" đ

The game is where you can play the RTKII Scenarios and make your own officers, battle maps, and also make your own custom scenarios! The game's full version is $10.99 CDN. It's worth enjoying and takes time to get through the language block. I recommend it for RTKII gamers to get into this. The Screen Capture for translation I used is EasyScreenOCR.

This might be my favorite game of all time. My brother and I pulled many no school or work all nighters playing this together. I'm actually working on several LPs of this right now on my gaming channel. Currently doing a Gongsun Zan scenario 1 run that's going well. Right after this comment I'll be filming 3 mega fights (they have 700-1500 leveled up troops against my 15 best attackers) Also: Props for using my two favorite ways to play. Ma Teng and created ruler.
