If you ever played in Doyle's band you are good. Good enough to wear what ever you want. Besides this is not Quicksilver.
Wearing jeans on stage is awful. I miss the days of Bill Monroe, Earl Scruggs, The Osborne Brothers, etc. when the groups wore the same color suits ties. It was soothing and pleasant to see the well-dressed uniformity on stage. Not this ragged blue jeans and random clothing on stage nowadays.
Well all the jeans are blue. 😄

The bass singer doesn't know the song and it shows. Love seeing Doyle. Saw Dailey & Vincent several years ago in GA and will never pay to see them again. Hope they've made some positive changes.
@Rust E Badge- Aaron does know the words. I zoomed in and watched only him, on this whole video. He never missed a word. He sang his part. And did a good job. You are the only person I’ve ever heard say anything negative about Aaron, and the whole group. How about you keep your rude comments to your self. Even if Aaron did miss a word (which I never saw), he could sing the alphabet better than you could talk. So don’t be trash talking them just because you didn’t like their show. They don’t need your money

We have some a blue grass band here in Mississippi a gospel thete great they started as young kids thete adults now they been alll over singing

I'm glad Doyle plans to perform every now and again. Authentic Unlimited is certainly carrying the bluegrass sound on well, though.

No - Eli Johnston (banjo), Stephen Burwell (fiddle), and Jerry Cole (bass) played with the last version of Doyle Lawson & Quicksilver. John Meador (guitar) played with Kentucky Just Us, and Jesse Brock (mandolin) played most recently with Fast Track.

It is a new festival that has started in Pigeon Forge, TN at the LeConte Center. They are planning one for next September as well.

Aaron is a top notch bass singer, and really shines on acappella songs.

Aaron McCune is a Godly bass singer. Not too many put there that can produce notes similar to him. Even Christian Davis the previous bass couldn't go quite as low although he was still crazy low. Christian could really sing as a bass singer. Tim Duncan who used to be with Ernie Haase and is now with the Canton Junction group is another top norch overall bass singer.
