What a fantastic layout you are making, keep up the good work. You might want to invest in some UV film for the window so sunlight doesnt bleach the colour out of your models and scenery.

Your layout is looking absolutely fantastic!

Overall, it is looking nice to have the extended running lines. As far as the gap... I agree with below, you either shorten a straight on the outer line or go with some flexitrack on the inner lines.

Hi. Maybe by reducing the length of the straight track just before the curved point would bring the outer track closer to the inner making the gap in-between smaller.

Good morning Will, do you film the videos when you finish work, or do you make the video and release it at silly o’clock? The new light is great, a really good improvement both for us your followers (that sounds dodgy) and yourself. The control of your scalpel still amazes me, great action without a guide!

Nice layout, love the town in the upper right corner. Good idea to expand it like so, and great idea for the removable section giving access to the windows etc. Thought I had when I saw the new area: do a sort of figure 8. i.e. have the station tracks go straight longer, have it be them what goes into the window bay. Would mean that the town would have to be lifted though, so that the tunnel entrance is one level up, have the tracks exiting the tunnel do so onto a viaduct or bridge, then slope down to the new right corner. Turntable? stays in place. maybe have two connections for it? so the locos can enter towards both straights? options are fun! But restrictions create reality, I guess.

Nice working, Will. It will look great on the expansion. The trick with lighting is that, even what we see well standing there may not come out on camera for various reasons, so it is hard to say, you really have to decide it works for you. Anyhow, I am just looking forward to the expansion! Best wishes!
