i think, to some what resurrect stars wars fans. i also believe starting from scratch and since you have already sequels and prequels. i think if they did a franchise about the old republic this would become pretty big. it will also if they fuck it up again they have no way of doing anything with star wars again since the story telling is now just gone since they told the story in a less meaningful way if people understand what i mean. one thing i do agree with though is that they're arent enough female characters, but for some reason though disney are making it a priority rather than good plot. star wars a truely fallen since the sequels.

June 5th 2024 i just watched fury road. My first impression of mad max world. Havent seen the early 80s version. 2015 version LOOKED awesome w good story line. This movie trailer looks CHEAP. the props actually look like toys and the cars look CGI and computer made. Theres no real GRUNGE to it. Its like a CLEAN shiney industrial vibe. Thats two opposites combined that dont work. I havent watched the 2024 furiosa movie yet. Im afraid of wasting my money on it 😬🔥

as an avid doctor who fan, I was able to tolerate Jodie when she became the doctor even though it was moving towards this whole woke nonsense. It still had the Doctor Who feel to it, although I did miss Matt Smith when he was the doctor. Soon as Disney got involved it had to be a flop, it had to go wrong right? I mean its been flop after flop from Disney and the problem is like The Witcher Crew and Netflix, Disney have joined them in their bubble where us fans stand outside. They can see our lips moving but refuse to let any sound in because they know better than the fans right? And then we get actors who have had success in 1 role and then become the Doctor and all of a sudden he thinks he is an instant success in anything he does..... and he deservers the praise and love just because he is there... As an Englishman who grew up with Doctor Who and loved watching it in my youth I wont ever be going back.

When making a movie it's required to make a good movie. "Diversity" adds nothing and isn't needed. You're right, it neither makes nor breaks a movie. It's irrelevant. The problem with diversity is that you can't just swap Whites for black without changing the character completely. They aren't writing Mary Jane, they're writing a black girl named Mary Jane. That is why people hate diversity. The in your face forced nature of it and the resentment in every character who's no longer White/Straight/Male, whatever. MJ couldn't just be a black girl. She had to be an angry, resentful girl who needs no saving, ever. She-Hulk had to hate men and call them weak and emotional and blah blah blah. Everyone loved Schitt's Creek because Levy is gay and wrote his character as a quirky guy oh and he's gay. He didn't write him as a GAY person above all else. Basically forcing anything is obvious and abhorrent. It's why I don't care for movies made 10/20/30 years from the last one. When they're milking nostalgia rather than actually having a good story to tell, it's not worth it. Captain Marvel 1 did well because of placement. People didn't exactly love it. It was crap. I actually like Brie Larson's acting generally. I don't think she's good at action based on the Marvel movies and F&F X. CM was a shitty remake of A Long Kiss Goodnight.

It is ridiculous that actors who make 2 million complain about not making enough money, losing 80 percent of 10 million, and crying about it. The average of most people might be around $25K to $60 K a year and struggling to survive. So the general people see these actors as insufferable and entitled if they publicly complain about it.

These people so desperately wanted to become a mermaid, Juliette and Cleopatra, they're adults but their mentality is just like children that dream of becoming a princess or queen.
