Marteau à planer pneumatique homemade.
Présentation de mon marteau à planer pneumatique.
(Il reste les matrices qui doivent arriver)
Le socle est fait maison pour recevoir un burineur sur lequel sera fixée la matrice supérieure.
Celui-ci est actionné par une électrovanne 220 volts commandée par une pédale.
Le smécanisme de réglage en hauteur et de serrage provient d'un pied d'échafaudage avec réglages sur lequel viendront les différentes matrices inférieures.
Il y a également un séparateur d'eau avec lubrificateur.

Présentation et test de ma bordeuse moulureuse. La machine de base est un modèle bon marché de chez Matthys que j'ai renforcé. Le socle avec support pour les galets est fait maison. Le moteur est un triphasé 380v avec réducteur qui sort en 56 tr/min. Une réduction supplémentaire à 5 tr/min a été réalisée avec de la pignonnerie de vélos, le tout monté sur glissières. Oh yeah you would not do that at home it would take like a big 50 ton jack and the shops that did it had a big const building I beam to anchor the beam too that 50 ton jack would bend that beam like nothing . Anyway that's what I read on forums that the twin I beams were not to be heated and bent but if they do it then more power to them I'm not riding on them so hey 👍

Funny ...I wonder if it broke from what I read the beams are forged if you heat em up like that and bend em you just ruined the strength of the beam they need to be bent cold ...
yer over thinking it . this is how its always been done
@@MrRasZee it's probably how it's always been done but it's not the right way to do it it's all over the forums yes they used to bend them but they had to be bent cold not heated. The way that they used to do it was they would have a chain around the beam and use a big old 12 to 20-ton bottle jack under the beam you don't put heat torch on it let them do it this way .
@@TheThirdWheel618 pretty sure that is a 20 ton jack good luck bending it cold. I Don't think that's a thing.
How safe is that and how do you get it right
Was anything else needed to lower the front end other than the I beam?. Can I get away with buying a lowered I beam and using all other stock parts from my 1930 ford coupe??? Thank you
