Mr H takes a look at the colossal brick target wall of a forgotten WW2 era rifle range hat lies abandoned in the sand dunes at Formby Point in Merseyside, which is the only remaining structure of Harington Barracks a hastily built Training Camp in 1940 on the Formby coast that trained thousands of British troops throughout WW2 and beyond until it's closure in 1960.

Mr H says goodbye to his 40;s as he visits Barnoldswick on the Lancashire Yorkshire border to take a look at one of the late Steeplejack Fred Dibnah's favorite industrial heritage sites 'The Bancroft Mill Engine Museum' and it's iconic 124ft chimney that Fred had worked on and managed to convince his third wife Shelia to have a go at climbing with him back in 1999. Mr H continues the quest for who makes the best pies in the North West of England as he visits the legendary Whittles pie shop on Tunstall Lane in Pemberton, Wigan which has recently reopened again after a 14 year absence to try one of their famed meat & potato pies.

Mr H explores a forgotten and partially concealed WW2 Stanton air raid shelter located in a wooded area next to the East Lancs Road near Stanley Bank in St Helens, after being made aware of it's location by one of his subscribers.
