Alhamdulillah, I was born in a Muslim-majority country which is wayy less secular than the others, almost free from western & secular impurities ideas. So I found no problem following this order (which surprised me after reading the comments in other yt videos). May Allah make us easier to follow his orders (knowing life is a harder test than just getting a very high GPA in a prestigious university)

Peace be unto you, Yeah, so, I'm an American that came to Islam about 13 years ago and never heard about the "passing in front of" rule, mainly because as an American I only consider actual crimes as "sinful" i.e. murder, theft, forceable rape etc.; Anyway, earlier tonight after praying Isha at the Masjid, I got up to move to a different spot for Sunnah and Witr, and while passing in front of a standing brother, at what I thought was a reasonable distance, he grabbed my arm and "guided" me to the side to pass by there. I didn't say anything to him until after I finished witr in which I then asked, partly out of curiosity and somewhat out of...a faint desire to break his arm (I am American, and grabbing someone's arm like he did mine can be considered a physical attack), why did he do that, to which he responded pretty much as this video says, "It is prohibited." I then thought to myself, 'Yeah well, grabbing my arm like that is also prohibited under American law'; However, I decided not to press the issue as I wasn't there to wrangle with a fellow Muslim, and we parted on amicable terms. Some of you may be wondering how/why I didn't know about this basic precept in Sunnah. The short and long answer is, well, there are certain aspects about sunnah/hadith that I don't care about. 🤷‍♂ There are different schools of thought, and I've learned that one Muslim's interpretation may be completely different from another Muslim's. For instance, some say it's "forbidden" to eat using the left hand, while others say it is fine. And then there is the whole Shia vs. Sunni thing. Doesn't the Qur'an warn against breaking the religion up into different sects? Anyway, it's things like the aforementioned that turn some people off to Islam. It's intent that matters. Someone passing in front of you is not a direct assault and the Qur'an informs us to overlook small faults, does it not?

Can someone please list down the actual and authentic benefits to motivate Memorizing the Quran, be it by force and compulsion.? Because it looks like, now a days with more awareness and attention on "understanding and studying Quran", "Memorization of The Quran" seems to be losing it's prime importance as it used to be a decade ago.

I memorize al least 4 pages a day and my teacher cut me down to half a page

Make dua for my daughters also to memorize quran
