Sigh. Portland used to be such a cool, weird and relatively friendly place. Now, well, its just a giant chaotic ball of violence and marxist gibberish. I've watched this every few months for nearly a decade and it never gets old. I'm particularly fond of 0:48 when the mayor starts to trail off, only to bring it all back so triumphantly. Clearly improvised on the spot and yet somehow -- more powerful than every national anthem I can think of.
