It was a good movie but the scene where he is running down the hallway to jump out a window and the cop aiming down the barrel of a rifle 10 to 20 feet away is hitting the wall to his left and the rail to his right was ridiculous.

Ledgers performance transcended the entire scope of what we perceive as ‘acting’. This sounds morbid, but I truly mean it with zero disrespect to the man. Knowing he passed so very soon after filming, solidified to me that this may be the best acting of any person that’s ever lived. The line delivery, every single movement he made, the mystery he was able build around the character, and his overall looming presence that dominated every scene he was in: it all culminated in an utter masterclass. I don’t care if you do not agree with me, Heaths portrayal as The Joker is the single best performance in cinema. The Dark Knight is unequivocally the best superhero movie ever made, hands down. Also, Nolan is one of the best directors of our time, and the re-watchability of this movie is crazy. Thanks for coming to my Ted Talk nobody will read ✌🏻
