See that seems to me more of a different artistic point of view than a complaint. One of Babymetal's signature acts is including the audience. Making sure the audience is included are official responsibilities -originally-of Yui and Moa and mow Momo and Moa. I've never had the experience of seeing Babymetal live. That said seeing the ways they include the audience I believe is one of the many things that have made them so beloved.

“Bottom of a Bottle” was their song that received the most radio airplay. However this entire album was great.

I like Ghost but not a huge fan. Cirice however is a special song and can't wait for you to get there.

Yeees finally! I was really excited about this video, I thought you'd like the guitar solo 😄 The lead singer is inspired by '80s and '90s rock bands, and he writes and makes songs like those beautifully but in a "modern way". If you would like to hear more Ghost, I would recommend "Absolution" (Rite here Rite now Original motion picture soundtrack) In this video, you can't see the crowd but it is a recording from a concert last year when people couldn't bring in their phones, due to a movie they were filming which comes out in June (called Rite Here Rite now) 😄

I've spent the last 2 days doing nothing but listen to your videos on sleep token at work, but I've had to pull over and watch this one in a layby (i drive a van) because this song just means SO much. Thqnk you for putting your joureney out there and im glad i stumbled across your channel. I commented before ablut how Sleep Token broke me apart and helped me pull the new version of myself out of the wreckage of my mum finally dying after 6 years fighting terminal cancer. It is so far beyond anything i have felt with music in YEARS and it is so so special to me. I worry i will never have this experience of discovering new music like this again... but im so greatful i got to do it this time. Thank you for putting yourself out there and posting these. Watching someone descover their music makes me feel like im reliving it somewhat, so thank-you, from one sobbing plonker to another!

This song is meant for the club. I am a sucker for her simple yet strong melodies. Gaga has many lovely interactions with fans. One of my favorites is when she had a little girl join her to sing jazz with her at her vegas show.

I understand you, it also bothers me a lot when they use tracks to do the choruses in some songs, knowing that Momo and Moa have good voices and have the microphones. They do the same thing in "MAYA" and it bothers me because I feel that with Moa and Momo's live voices it would be much better

Fun fact: the instrumentals for both Judas and this song are the same BPM and key, they’re almost interchangeable

This video was from the live DVD Blu-ray release so yes there was some stuff done in post-production in regards to Moa and Momoko's vocals but if you run across videos of this song from the Pay-Per-view streams they did there is no post-production like they did for the DVD and Blu-ray release and with those Moa and Momoko's vocals are a little bit lower in the mix so you can still clearly hear them All son surprised you picked out Moa and Momoko's vocals during Su's acapella parts but not when Moa and Momoko did the YOU DON'T HAVE TO SAY YOU DON'T HAVE TO SAY which is even more obvious that they re-did that in post-production you can clearly tell the difference between the videos from the pay-per-view streams and the DVD Blu-ray releases

Never apologise for showing emotion when listening to Sleep Token, we understand. I lost my mum to cancer after a 6 year battle, just over a year and a half ago now and i was so numb. I couldnt feel a thing until i found Sleep Token who cracked me wide open and allowed me to sob properly, then they slowly helped me put myself back together again. This song was one of those songs that did that for me. Its good to know that it had such a hige effect on so many people xx

Yes there is a lot of tracking for background vocals, especially on the official recordings. Live Yui and Moa vocals are much sought after and you have to reach back to specific shows to get that in many cases.

both the OMV _and_ the piano versions are must-watch. to piggyback on a point you made: i've often noticed that on a lot of the pro-shot live videos that they seem to be over-produced a bit (as a general thing) , ... but it mainly seems to be with the big Japan shows. i've just learned to accept it as a thing. i guess that's just how they do it over there 🤷‍♂

The drum beats in Monochrome lyric MV is different than the live. Some said this song reminds them the bombing of Hiroshima. I dig that. However, the initial drum beats in the lyric video sounded really like Tokyo Bombing. Well, that how it reminds me.

Thanks for a great and constructive reaction! In person you'll be too busy singing the Wo-oh sections to notice too much, but yeah I also wish the girls voices would be higher in the mix. If you watch their piano version on the First Take channel you'll hear that Moa is more than capable of carrying the hook.❤️🦊🤘

I completely agree about the tracked "Woah Ohs". Like others will tell you, it's not in the official/studio version. I would say they use them keep crowd on tempo. One of the thing i noticed about BabyMetal recently is there is hardly ever just times when the drums aren't going, or something that is keeping a tempo. I would assume it's a way to give the audience a beat to follow. Cause otherwise most people will go "all the whichever" way. It does distracted here though.

It can't get more serious. The Background was an atomic weapon. But they can talk about it clearly since they have more than enough staff from yHiroshima. And a lot of them were born after the Bomb. And this scene is significant. They had extremly strict ruled. An Avanger was a guest dancer and only that. But zhe day before Momo was made the new yMember and Su quite used this scene to show Momo that she meant it..Momo was nearly afraidvof Su, since this us her Job . She is the Stage Director. But here she decided, no you are no longer a Guest Dancer You Are my sister. And they made it clear to her in the coming year, You are one of US. In 97 concerts they made it clear to her and nowcwe can talk of her as a fully merged member. After they lost Yui Babymetal was on the Borderline of Breaking but they used thatvtime to createa New Bond. Su was unique and thecwjoöe Band knew this and she made certsin that everyone got the Massage Look at my sistercthe wrong way and you are toast. She put Protectiveness to Obsession but in the long run it worked out. Now they are on zhe level of Real sisters , this means they can üöay with each other even when they are on stage .But at the same time bith susters are at work. That entire section isn't present in the studio track, so you can safely add it to your playlist. This is actually one of the few songs that I like the studio and the live equally. This whole album was more...listenable. Their music is so often just meant to be experienced live, and there are so many songs that I love but will watch the lives exclusively. But the entirety of The Other One is something I can just play with no visuals necessary. A fair chunk of Metal Galaxy was like that too, actually, but The Other One felt like the first album they gave equal consideration to the listening experience of the studio tracks. I've never just put on the first album while I draw. The last one fueled at least a couple of paintings. 🤘🦊🤘

They play a lot of shows in the west where audiences are reluctant to join in so if they don't have it on the backing track it could lead to some very awkward moments. In reality at the show you clearly hear Moa and Momo's live singing over top of the backing track but for some reason in the live videos they release they drop it way down so all you can hear in the video is the pre recorded backing track, a lot of us fans have not agreed with this decision but I guess from their point of view they don't want to release anything that is less than perfect, they also edit out any of Su's little errors as well

Great reaction. This song is absolutely amazing! While the “whoaa-ooohs” here didn’t jar me as much, I do agree that Momo/Moa should have less track usage for their parts. Hell yeah dude! Amazingly fun song and I been Ratatataing all weekend lol. While it is a “Babymetal” song, EC had a major hand in composition, lyrics, and production. I quite like how Babymetal collabs tend to lean into the flavor of their guest artist. They’ve done the style change with Polyphia, Tom Morello, and others, etc. 🤘🦊🪩🕺

Good reaction. Yes this is a more serious song, not the only one they have either. You are right, they did it without losing the BABYMETAL essence - that is one of the great things about them, they can mix up the fun with the serious, the light with the dark and it is still all BABYMETAL. You were right again, the "woah oh" parts are a combination of Moa and Momoko, track and the crowd .... I'm sure we all get what you're saying, so you shouldn't get any complaints, it is a very valid and constructive observation. I will say it works a lot better when you're there in person, caught up in the moment, waving your phone and singing along.
