I haven't driven the larger engine sizes so cant compare, but 300 BHP in a boxster is probably perfect.
I don’t understand how to drain water out?? You just put a hose in it how does the water get sucked up?? The instructions in the manual make it seem like you unscrew the whole system and attach hose to the middle screw ..
The quickest and simplest way is to buy a pump, about £50 from memory. Alternatively you will need a hose and siphon the water out, it does work but can take along time to get the water moving.

Hi, I’m looking forward getting a 986 or 987 as my first car.(Eu, Romania) And I’ve read that cars must meet a minimum of euro emissions standard of euro 4 to be able to be registered. Now my question, is this false and would I be able to register it even though it is more then 23-25 years old. Car that I’m looking at now is imported from us and it isn’t registered.

I would like to film a comparison video between the 2.7 and the 2.9, potentially both manuals if an opportunity presents its self. It’s interesting to hear your view as I naturally would expect your 2010 to be much better than mine, with no rattles. what’s your favourite thing about it, how many miles are on the clock? @@thedrivebygg it’s done 85k. Generally good. Seems to have been regularly serviced but there are some knocks from underneath which I will take care of. Such a lovely car to drive,. I know you will enjoy yours,

IMS is so over hyped . My 986s is on 78k oil changes always look for bearing wear. Only effects 8 %. Just make sure the car is well serviced & keep under 3k revs for 10 miles whilst warming the engine.
