Thank you for posting this. I am working my way through two Kat Wolf song books. I bought this CD recently but it’s not on Apple Music so really appreciate your posting. It’s such a beautiful song. This is the reason I love youtube. I discovered Kate Wolf a few years ago. Some of the most beautiful and poignant songs I have ever heard. I sang one of her songs at a friend's funeral. What a wonderful talent gone long before her time.

Je suis Americain et je adore chansons francaise even though my French est terrible. I appreciate that we should reflect on what previous generations valued which we have lost. Mais j'ai une beaucoup problem avec the " little girl" slut shaming portion of the song which includes imagery which seems of the extreme religious right. It clearly is shaming the women for abortion. If the song writer is opposed to abortion that's his right, but why not shame the males who got them pregnant?

I love the fresh wind that blows in my face. Be it in the mountains, or by the sea. Without wind, nature would stand still, the heat more and more unbearable and this beautiful song would not exist.
