    I'm currently recovering from surgery and have anxiety struggles normally. Found this very helpful the past 2 nights. While my symptoms remain i have become a lot calmer again. Will definitely be keeping up with this for a week or two more and will re-visit then after as needed. 🤗

    His constant swallowing and swishing of spit was annoying but video was helpful a little in relaxing just not detailed enough no tensing and relaxing either
