2 medium potatoes(Optional)
1 diced onion
100g butter
Powdered / cubed chicken stock
1 Tblsp Curry Powder
Salt

I’ve tried to use those ramekins, the water gets inside and spoil my dumpling😢😢😢
It happened to me too. I saw it quickly and poured the water out and used another pot to steam. It cooked but the outcome wasn't so good. My next batch will be better
The water level in your steaming pot should cover the bottom of the ramekins at least half way.
