Only managed to get one as the other was already ripped out of the TV I found it in.
Been really thinking of using this as a mid-woofer in a properly tuned soundbar experiment, along with two full-ranges on the side. It's big enough to do that.

I have modified it semi-successfully to bypass the built in bluetooth chip (which harms the analogue input quality), and now use it for my desktop speakers. I strongly suggest using a fan to blow on the heatsink at high volumes for a long time, the unit gets very toasty after a while and I would hate for it to overheat.

I really do think these should have been sealed instead of ported. there's an awful lot of port noise and the bass response increases drastically when I cover up the ports, as demonstrated in the second half of this video. Merry Christmas by the way More Plastic & URBANO - One Taste [NCS Release]

@@the_speaker_tester the amp i'm using has a 30w subwoofer channel with a built in low pass, so i can record some nice excursion without it getting too loud

12 volt speakers? what do you mean? this amplifier is rated for speakers between 4-8 ohms

What to do when it turns on the. Off
Careful with that amp i had one where the sub output blew after 2 days, and the left channel blew a week later and almost broke my speakers
what impedance are your speakers and what voltage power supply did you use? these amps tend to overheat under sustained full power 4 ohm loads
@scellysspeakers the voltage was 24v with 4 ohm speakers
Question... the bluetooth is always on even if the power/volume knob is off. is there a way to add a switch or tie the bluetooth power to the knob??
For me turning the amplifier off also turns off bluetooth. Maybe you have a different model or a fake version?
@@scellysspeakers just plugging the amp to a power source turns the bluetooth on even if the volume knob and the indicator light is off.... i might have a fake one. do you have the datasheet of the bluetooth ic? ive been looking for the it but no luck. maybe i can mod the ic and add a physical switch.
@@scellysspeakersi mean u can try it on the amp. unplug everything connected the amp... make sure to turn the amp off... plug to power... then scan the amp bluetooth or connect to it....
@@denspants7852 yes when i turn the power off from the volume dial it also turns off the bluetooth chip, when its connected to power but turns off there is no bluetooth signal broadcast, i don't have the datasheet because it is unfortunately proprietary

To get the best sound quality, use original Speakers
There are no original speakers, this amplifier is sold as a single unit

You can with the 3.5mm input but it's not super good in terms of audio quality and if someone connects to it with bluetooth that will override the 3.5mm input

The subwoofer channel has a low pass built in, you shouldn't need one.
I have this and while it's noisy it's amazing for the price I paid (less then 5 USD). It automutes after a second when playback is stopped but you can still hear the noise in this 1 second.

Different outputs and different chips, ZK/MT-21 are 2.1, 502 are 2.0 etc, search up wuzhi and see what comes up

MT21 uses a generic chip instead of TPA3116D2 and has fewer supporting components

Hello mate. Can I power a low watt Satellites with high watt Sub? Means Can you lower main Volume knob to minimum and Sub level knob to Maximum and still get good volume sound from Sub? Are those independent Volume levels or are closely linked to same level with master Volume?

the master volume controls both the sub and L+R channels together, it is after all the master volume. however the subwoofer output has a very high gain so I don't think you will have problems.

The aiyima is much better in every way, but is also more expensive.
This amp is very good but on online shop in my country some people sell it with fake Ic not the real Ic.Wuzhi zk tb21 using tpa3116 2.1 Ic,the fake ones use the others and it's not tpa3116 2.1, u can check it by opening the heatsink
I think the ZK-MT21 is the one with the fake chip, you can also tell by looking at the components next to the speaker terminals.
in real its just 30 watt, if 200 watt u need trafo minimum 5 A
