Guys I genuinely am still shocked to this day that something like this can hurt so badly, I got mine abt 2 years back and all I wanted to do was cut the lower half of my body off, my mom and two nurses had to hold me down while they were draining it cause I was shaking so badly and trying to move, not to mention the fact that I don’t even think the numbing even took cause I promise you I felt everything😭 if your reading this and you currently have one of these cysts I’m so sorry but you will get through this😳😭👌🏽

Threw mine out at 21 after punching through my buddy’s face, while basement boxing (wearing gloves), and it just kept going until I felt everything release. I was a bit embarrassed I punched him so hard so I took my dislocated arm with my opposite hand and shoved it up and back into place before I could think twice about it. I’d had a good amount of liquid courage (hence basement boxing) and though I felt discomfort, I don’t recall it being too bad. Turns out I’d had a slap tear and didn’t fix it until 15 years later after deciding to train for a long distance triathlon and I couldn’t swim more than one length of the pool without pain. Orthopedic surgeon threw 7 anchors in to stabilize it and I’m back to 100% ROM and no pain now 7 years hence.

Consequences of playing that violent sport we all love. Deon was an amazing athlete. I hope he is happier now

Ummmm last CT I had. One of the frequencies they were running at caused me to have an immediate panic attack.... I was fine for the first 20 minutes

It dislocated after falling into a pillar and hitting my shoulder dads a doctor so he took me to his work hit me with morphine and popped it in I was 9 so I had passed out from pain

So umm what they did is they basically held me down and then pushed my arm up

28 dislocations on the right shoulder 7 on my left shoulder. I grew up as a hyperactive person. I fell out of trees, fell off a roof, tons of skateboard incidents. After my 6th on the left I developed a strategy dangling both shoulders as if to reach for my toes, and then forcibly push the shoulder ( head of the humorous) the exact opposite of the injury OR massage the areas and allow it to slide back in. It affects me everyday.

I raised my hand about 120 degrees from my torso 45-60 degrees from my chest in the lateral direction . Then I pulled back from that position and it went into the socket, but the pain killed me for weeks . And it will happen again if i do any sudden movements in awkward directions due to laxity of ligaments😢
