As a Dutch, the Netherlands is being used as a Tax Haven flow through portal, the number that once stuck was 4 trillion, about 4 times GDP I think it was. Russia used to be a C tier just 20-25 years ago after the fall of the Soviet Union. It wasn't militarily occupied like Germany or Japan and still had its nuclear weapons (that even drunkard Yeltsyn understood the importance of and refused to let go), but was completely occupied financially, its resources plundered by the West. Russia under Putin managed to rebuild itself and has risen from C tier to A tier in under 20 years. That's why the West hates him so much. After the Western sanctioning 2022 Russia completely decoupled from the Western financial system and is now close to full sovereignty. I would say Russia is now A- tier and still needs to build a world-wide autonomous financial system with BRICS and develope some home-grown technologies it currently lacks like microelectronics to be full A tier. Russia is currently developing its own lithographer to be more independent from western ASML and Taiwan. Russian surge from S to an almost A tier is a good example for other countries that it is possible to break free if the western empire if there is enough will. That's why BRICS is so important for the world as an alliance of independent sovereign nations who help each other economically without subjugation.

Funny, but true: USA = A tier, Israel = S tier, Germany = D tier. Most likely, the new and unstoppable multipolar world order will change this classification. Germany will climb way up, the USA will reach the S tier, while Izrael may step down a tier or two.

One more addition: I have spent years in Portugal. They absolutely hate Russia; the media articles are 95% the same as in Germany, France or the US press. People there post on Social Media and tag walls with “F. Russia” “Die, Putin” etc. Of course they understand little of the conflict and believe everything the media says. I must add that the average Portuguese has an IQ that FEELS far lower than in Germany or Austria or Poland. They just like to relax at the beach and that’s it. I might be totally wrong and it might be a subjective impression; there are obviously very intelligent Portuguese, but I feel many many many are total drones.

Giving D to Germany is generous. I say this as a Central European. It wasn’t always like this, e.g. under Chancellor Schröder. But now Germany has to basically do whatever the US wants. It’s an occupied territory, and it goes so far, that the Germans invite the US Sec. of state to Berlin, but the Secretary of State says “No, we meet in Rammstein due to security reasons” so the German foreign minister, has to come to the US base in Rammstein. How else would you describe this, other than a master-servant relationship? Not to mention the pipeline, and the announcement of what will happen with the pipeline, while Scholz stood right besides Biden and didnt say a word: “Well, I guess they will destroy it, what can we do?”. And lastly, if Germany wants any autonomy it needs to make a roll backwards, like when Scholz said we cant send Taurus, as we cant send soldiers like France + the UK”. He literally had to leak this information about British soldiers being there, to have support from the population (as few in Germany want German boots on the ground), so that the US cant force him to send Taurus. They have already forced Germany to send heavy weapons, artillery, anti air, tanks etc. So yeah… Germany is F tier imho 😢

It’s important to remember that since the 2014 coup against an elected president there’s been a civil war going on in Ukraine. It’s not a simple sovereignty issue. Crimea voted several times since 1991 to separate from Ukraine.
