Wow! I know my government is not perfect But I'm fucking proud of them Is really nice to be an Akwa Ibomite

Stop saying Akwalbom is 4 million people . Akwalbom is above 10 million people.
Source of your claim?
Amazing Akwa Ibom State Nyin❤
Nicely done brother, keep it up
I doubt if Paul Onwuanibe would be in a rush to relocate from urban Lagos to rural-like Ibeno! 👊🏾🇳🇬👊🏾🇳🇬!
You have no vision. He would be very stupid not to. Businesses are already there. A boat service can take Lagosians there for weekend trips. Cheap and affordable lodging and 5 star hotels can be built there. Train can also go there in future. Given the fact that Ibeno beach is 34 kilometres long and the longest in West Africa they can target western tourists who will spend too dollars and not even Lagosians. That is jackpot out there for someone with a vision. 3 carnivals a year on that beach will bring in tourists. Once they start visiting if Nigerian government can end insecurity and fill the beach with soldiers to protect people. Build hospitals and a frigate of the Nigerian navy at sea with 6 tiny patrol boats protecting travellers by ocean from Lagos? That will become the greatest real estate in Africa in the next 100 years. Can you picture it now? The limits of your success if you have money is the limits of your imagination. ❤🇳🇬🌍🇳🇬
@@alvanalvino All you are saying about Ibeno could be true....although there's too many "If"s to contend with. But I doubt that Paul O as an individual, would be remotely interested in remote Ibeno! Let others have a go, I'd imagine he'd say! Remember what happened to Tinapa in neighbouring Crossriver??? 👊🏾🇳🇬👊🏾🇳🇬!!
@@aframaco9491 You are correct about Tinapa. Great dreams are built on ifs fam. Like the independence of Nigeria, the nation it has become before it was hijacked and captured were all based on one strong ifs. If we have a business oriented and extremely successful president who is over educated like Peter Obi or another in the near future after Tinubu we can achieve it. It’s possible, if they don’t select a fake weakling as leader and rig the next election we will have it. National policy and not only state will develop those region and set aside a huge space for competitive development for businesses like Landmark to be included in their plans to boost tourism in Nigeria. Banks would be authorised by the federal government to loan them money and a national campaign would be launched to encourage Nigerians to go there with their families for weekend getaways on the cheap. This cheap activities can be encouraged and part funded in secret by the nation with tax cuts for a decade to build an habit for Nigerians. The British did it too. They didn’t always go to the beach. They didn’t even have swimming trunks. They created that culture and monitored it. Then those Nigerian children going there in the future will grow up and they will bring their children there and it becomes a ritualistic society thing. Like we were taken to the Bar branch in Lagos. That is what gave birth to the need for Landmark. A good government will create opportunities in ifs. Nigerians and others will get married there. You just have to lie that marriages held close to the ocean lasts longer and are bosses along with all that feel good BS. Nations do it all the time from the shadows. Controlling public opinion for their own good. They will bring their friends from overseas to Nigeria to see it. It’s the best thing to do as a nation to bring in more money into our economy as a long term goal. Then the locals? They will have jobs. Of cause it can never be achieved in one go. Landmark will be monitoring it I tell you. I would not be shocked if they even rushed to buy land there as land banking just in case so they don’t miss out. I believe in Nigeria. It’s just a matter of time before those old goats start to die of age related natural causes one by one. They can’t live forever. If we prevent their children from getting into politics we can fix our country.

I HATE WHEN PEOPLE LIE!!!
Anytime I see anything about Akwa Ibom or Uyo, it's always about 3 things; 1. Stadium 2. Roundabout 3. Edikang Ikong Soup. How can you compare this to Dubai? Are your standards so low? Have any of these CZcamsrs ever even been to Dubai? Nigerians have gotten use to very low standards.
Is ph and akwa ibom ibo land answer is no
Edikan ikong isn't bitter leaf soup please, it's originally owned by Cross Riverian. The best is made by calabar people. I'm an Akwa Ibomite
Edikang ikong soup is not bitter leaf soup, its pumpkin leaf soup.
If possible give us update on the New international airport please 🙏
So beautiful
Honestly Akwa Ibom government need to "LOUD AM" and make more developments for all Nigerians to come and enjoy. They need to develop the beaches.
Please people go all out and support the super eagles in this stadium on June 7th. We must win. Beautiful Akwa ibom.
One of the best videos I've ever watched about Akwa Ibom. Thanks for your masterpiece.
Mr Umoh Eno, pls add something like 12-storey building in the Ibom Hotel and Golf Resort. It can be added just after the Ibom Hotel, on the left side of it. It's just a suggestion I'm making.
I personally think, they should allow private companies to do as much as 20-25 story buildings on the shore lines. The beaches need some hotels and resorts.
Many people dont know this city is the best
For anyone who care to know... Delta State recieved more allocations than Uyo... please go to Delta and see the village it has become from Warri to Sapele to Agbo to Asaba... Nigeria'd be a beautiful place if political criminals spent evem half of the people's money on the states likewise Federal
I largely agree with your claims here. I will be releasing my documentary of warri soon...

if possible, give us update on the BUA refinery project in the state...

Why is akwa ibom government and the people not promoting this beautiful state they have
Akwa ıbom and Calabar should be the states Nıgerıans should always vısıt for vacatıon The state governors of the both states are not tryıng but ı wıse the toursım❤companıes should help to grow tourısm sector ın Nıgerıa There are suppose creat places ın Akwa Ibom and Calabar where vısıtor can vısıt and spend tıme over there. Your video of Oron crayfish and fish process reminds me of my early life in Oghara in Delta state. All these coststal products including of course perewinkle. I live in Europe for almost 38 years now but my spirit of going back to my ancestral home land and enjoy again these Sea food products before i pass-on remain with me. Thank you.
Oh really? Great stuff. Would like to talk about your days in the coastal community and your journey to Europe? It would make for great content.so I think though...but thanks it your comment.
@@WalkerDiary i would like to say that i left home after primary at the end of the Nigerian Civil war from 1967 to 1970. I was in primary school when the war started and when it ended i went to live in Warri with my elder half brother who was a soldier on the part of the Federal government of nigeria. We were living in the Army barrack. But i was in Warri for about a year before locating to Lagos where i dwelled for about 10 years by partly school and working. Minimum wage then for the lowest paid was N60.00 a month but then one can rent a room apartment N2.50 and N3.00 a month. But let me remind you that electricity and portable water problems have been there for generations. I left Nigeria for Germany in 1988 with a flight cost of N300 but not from Lagos but from Kano with KLM airline. I lived in germany for 17 years before coming to the Unuted Kingdom since 2005. I am a german and wish to remain so for a foreseable future but my heart felt place when i retire will be where life began for me. My village. I a father and a grand father. Let me also say that i visited Nigerian last in 2019. Abuja, Nassarawa and Mskurdi Benue State. I was to come in March this year, ticket bought and confirmed but unfirtunately i was hospitalised. I hope to be in nigerian soon. But i will not speculate. You have now been told about part of me many people do not know about. Thanks for reading.

This is really disturbing. Inferiority complex is real with you guys.. There's 'Dubai' in Anambra, there's an "Acropolis" in another state nearby. Why do you hate your authentic self? Why do you over glamorise things and make noise over nothing. If it's not "world class, na super luxury, billionaire, mega". Stop being fake for once. Be original!!! Humility is a virtue.
Yeah !! Anambra Dubai, Taiwan 😂 Low self esteem, inferiority complex Wonder why we can't just stike to our Name (like a brand ppl will look up to), let's be indigenous There's a lot of development to be undertaken mentally in Nigeria

Oh! is that right? Good to know. would be nice to have you talk about your local dishes if you don't mind...
Thank you bro I was shock too when she said bitter leaf soup, water leaf and ugu is used to prepare Edikan ikong
The roads should be expanded, it's too narrow and tight/ugly. To me it's not beautiful, akwa ibom is over hyped
Have you been to Akwa Ibom State, Uyo city? It has beautiful and wide roads. What Uyo city lacks is structural development.
I beg to disagree with you. Akwa Ibom has the best road networks in Nigeria, after Abuja, Lagos is not even close...

Akwa Ibom future lies in Tourism. All that Oil money should be channeled into Agriculture and Eco-Tourism. Just like how Dubai use their oil money to invest in Tourism
Exactly my thought too. The tourism potentials of the state is still untapped.

@EmmanuelBediako-yg8ne that's typical of a Ghanaian 🇬🇭 hypocrite who hates to see anything positive about Nigeria 🇳🇬.
It is fantastic to have Akwaibom develop and fulfill its potential. The people of Akwa ibom will benefit more. I hate that black and colour paint design on the hard shoulder commonly seen on Nigerian roads. It is about time they do away with it.
Thanks for your comment. Valid point you just made there...
Beautiful city! I love every bit of it. Thanks for taking us round the beautiful city of uyo 🙏
Landmark Mistake No.2 This investor having left Lagos ought to have taken time off to take a breath in and reflect before making his next move. Being forced out of Lagos is bad, but rushing to Ibeno is not the answer either. Ibibio people are great folks, very hard working and probably nearest to the Igbo in terms of worldview and work ethics. But a bird that flies off the ground to perch in an anthill is still on the ground. If a major group like Yoruba could feel so overwhelmed to resort to irrational action, how much more minority Ibibios if and when Landmark starts thriving? Did he consider moving to Oziza/Ndibe, Oguta, Azumini, Onitsha etc. maka ndi uta?
Discouraging investors is coming back to hunt and hurt Lagosians sooner than later; by the time we fix Port Harcourt and Calabar seaports, Agbadorians would be on their knees for the Igbos to come back.
Lol, you are very funny... Wait for my next video on why investors are leaving Lagos for Uyo Akwa Ibom State. Its dropping tomorrow. Make sure to watch it and share your thoughts too. Thank you.
Nice one sir
I pray this useless igbo man will not do that mistake of investing in Akwa Ibom state. Take your investment to Oguta lake in Imo state or any Southeastern states. Igbos stop investing in South South, Southwest and Northern Nigeria. Thanks for this information I'll stop this my igbo brother making such mistake.
It's a good development to all ibibios land God bless you all.
Very true and I heard more investors are joining Landmark too...
One sided analysis as usual. Akwa ibom is a good place to invest but investors should be weary of land laws in their area of operation. According to nigerias coastal Act, the fg owns 2km radius from tha sea and can decide to use it for development at any time. If you buy any land from omo onile, better consult your lawyer. Sensitizing a clear case wont help you on the long run
Thank you for your impute...
