Well then what about that video that seems to pop up every 30-35 shorts about how that lady got cucamelons because she grows watermelon and cucumbers close to each other. She claims she has never planted cucamelons so it had to be natural cross pollination. (If you can't tell this is sarcastic)

How does hidden valley make ranch if they don't have cows? Isn't ranch dressing milk based? When my grandmother used to make it she added that powder pack to milk.

Eggplant is a vegetable depending on where you’re from. Vegetable is a culinary term whereas fruit is a scientific term which means it is a fruit and vegetable. Many people make the mistake of assuming a plant product is either a fruit or vegetable but the terms are not related to each other which is why fruits like cucumbers are also vegetables.

Fun Fact: During WW II when the Japanese invaded the Philippines, getting shipment of tomatoes was near impossible. No tomatoes, No Tomato Ketchup. But those Filipinos didn't let that get in the way. They invented Banana Ketchup. It's the only other Ketchup in the world.

  • @mndlessdrwer

It wasn't that the plates were made of pure lead, but that they were made of pewter, an alloy of lead and tin. Normally, pewter is safe to eat or drink from because the lead is tightly bound in the alloy by the tin. It was the higher acidity of tomatoes that allowed the lead to be leached from the pewter and cause lead poisoning at a noticeably faster rate.

Interestingly Worcester sauce is more similar to original ketchups, it's a spiced fermented fish sauce that the British adopted from south east asia

@@lukeinater21 You know what you listen here buddy and you listen well because im only going to tyoe this once: if you think 48' corn is 'insane' then you havent been keeping up with the literature. Where I'm from I've seen apes mangle 90' corn and come at your face all in stride like _it's literally nothing,_ okay, so the next time you want to get on the internet and be a wise guy I *strongly* suggest you do a little research first, and then maybe you'll be wise enough to hold your tongue, alright? Good day, sir.

Corn is one of many types of seed made to be dispersed through ingestion. They are made to survive being eaten so they can be spread to new places. Seeds have many different ways of being spread. So corn parts still being present isn't what makes it bad, because seeds and nuts will do that, too. Corn is bad because too many varieties are roundup ready gmos.
