These kind of games already exist, except that there isn't a football version of such a game. Im wondering how much gameplay their would be in this game, cause its very hard to implement actual gameplay in such games.

I prefer the Euros to any international tournament just because in my opinion it throws up the best games, the most exciting games and not too many one sided affairs. The World Cup is great but there are more minnows involved so you get some very one sided games

Cha Du Ri played for Celtic but as a right back. He scored a pretty calamitous own goal away in Europe. Probably the only good thing about him was the chant “don’t you wish your right back was cha du ri” to the tune of don’t cha.

It's an interesting concept, though I'm not sure where the replayability value lies, and at the moment it seems like a lot of sizzle without too much steak- the pre-rendering looks beautiful, but there's no hint of gameplay there. I would definitely read those slots as being limited to six teams and three stadiums, at least for release. Given the teams involved so far, I expect the others will include one from Italy or Spain, one from the US and one from another country (Poland seems likely) although not necessarily the biggest ones in each. It looks like it might be pulling a little bit from games like 911 Operator or even Plague Inc with the logistics side of things, which is no bad thing, but I share the concern that licensing will definitely limit what they can do with regards to things like sets of supporters meeting- I can't believe there'd be any sort of hooliganism or altercations included in a branded game.

Pure Football was a pretty interesting game. Kinda meh in terms of gameplay, but the premise of the main mode where you beat teams and recruited players from those teams. Basically like Ubisoft's BTEC version of Fifa Street but I have a lot of nostalgia for it.

You should do a video on This is Football isincd you're covering classic football games. Used to get these exclusively in 03 before getting Fifa 2005 as my first FIFA. Gave up on FIFA after getting into Ultimate Team and playing 10 pay to win teams in a row

I loved these games growing up. What I loved about this game (I had World Tour Soccer 2005, as it was called in the USA) was that you could play as most international teams. This game even had teams like American Samoa, something FIFA nor PES had. It was dumb fun.
