This is such a rich person's sport, man ha... Don't get me wrong, I love climbing. But, it's just so, so inaccessible to younger climbers that don't have "resources" available. If you don't have a bouldering gym literally on your doorstep, good luck. Even if you do, good luck affording any kind of membership. The prices being charged nowadays are horrendous. Even if you just wanna climb outdoors, buying shoes, mats, chalk etc is expensive in itself. Not to mention the need for a car, often times lighting etc. I really feel for younger people watching videos that want to get into climbing.
