Hello!! Girl IT IS SUMMER in Florida🥵 its been 100°+ for over a week with NO rain. Is supposed to rain some this week, i sure hope so! The sprinklers come on at night but not doing much good🫤 I love the cloche & wood bottom, i have a couple and i love displaying pretty things under them! Both thrifted! I have a larger one but its just the glass cloche with no bottom, but that's fine it still works, you can use anything for the bottom or just sit it on a shelf or table. I want one of the bell shaped cloches, so pretty! Love the crock. I have 3 in shelves in my home in Tennessee, one has only glass pieces..apothecary bottles, oil & vinegar bottles, those type pieces.. very pretty. I love decanters too, i have several that are really pretty. Girl I love ornate frames! Wood or metal. I use pictures from books, pretty cards, and even dried flowers on a pretty backing.. they're all great things you can frame! I love the wisk broom!! I love collecting them to hang on my peg racks! I'm always looking for them.. that ones a real cutie, love all the details🧹💕 The shakers looks like little crocks or bean pots.. Super cute! Heart haul with awesome prices!! TFS😊

Yes, we need that balance of achievement & rest! With the toys can you just have less that the kids help cleanup? I get how frustrating that can be and Dawn the minimal mom motivates me to have less. Also, with the deck boards that sounds so frustrating that maybe there is metal plates or a different kind of material to use in those places where they chew so you all don’t have to replace them yearly. Just thoughts. Thanks for bringing us along in your day!

My beef with our porch is that our cats kill a mouse about every other day, they’re outside and they carry it up to our porch 🤢 please stop friends, I’m trying to make our porch pretty 😭

Hi Danielle, I love pull chain lamps , they are sweetly old fashioned and hard to find.I planted Dahlias and Columbine at a previous house in the garden, they were so pretty and I couldn’t believe the Dahlia flower heads , they were so big and gloriously colorful. Danielle,try putting some caraway seeds in the sauerkraut, it gives a nice flavor, it’s a Polish thing.😆 Hugs to everyone 🫂💜🦋

Hey Friend, Happy Sunday. I enjoyed this type of video because it is nothing I have seen before. I enjoyed seeing the differences between days of accomplishment and days of rest. 😊 I feel like both days of accomplishment and days of rest are both equally important. We need those rest days where we focus on ourselves and resting our bodies. If we have too many rest days then we won’t be able to get anything done. So it’s important to find a balance of both. 😊🥰

Hey Danielle! Your home is so warm and charming! I love the original charm of the door! How amazing to have your grandmothers drawing! You are right about the details of an older home. I fell in love with a 1922 English Tudor when we were looking for a home. Sadly we did not get it but it is one of my regrets. I think about that gorgeous home often. I can not believe you have a 30 year old house plant. That is amazing! Your kitchen is adorable I would love to come over with a dessert and have some coffee with you in it! I love your basement! They are so nice to have. You have made it super cozy. You guys did an amazing job on your laundry room!!!!! I love how functional you have made all of your spaces. It is so important and you guys did it well. Its also so nice that your basement is only a few steps down. So much easier to get to the laundry that way. I'll be staying in the guest room when i come to visit hahaha Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Your son was so cute following his dad, helping cut the grass with his little mower😊 Basil is can be either depending on the climate. Cilantro is a biennial.. which is a bit different, of coarse you can research it. I love the way the garden bed is shaped, very cool! You have A very nice garden. The Rhododendron is gorgeous❤ Wow your grandmother is very talented, the photo is so good! I love the handrail on the stairs! Wow the pothos plant looks amazing for the age of it! But they're probably one of the easiest plants to keep alive. I didn't see last weeks video, but we're in Tampa visiting with my son & his family so I'm trying to catch up.. I'll go watch next! The chandelier is stunning❤ The high chair can be a pretty piece of decor when your son outgrows it! I collect pretty old dining or side chairs and tuck them all around the house for decor! I love the chimney structure, old brick in homes is just beautiful!❤ Love the wood accent wall in the family room. And the laundry room sink and table top is awesome! Your home really has a look of a Craftsman home which were popular in 1913. The moldings over the windows, doors & the columns divider between the rooms is a classic Craftsman feature. Go to a architectural salvage store, you'll find everything things you need. We did that and added leaded, stained glass windows and found beautifully carved ,etched glass doors, which we added to our house. We have a Craftsman house, but, a poor one. So we added all the details it didn't have. We had a similar room divider as yours when I found a leaded glass bookcase from a 1903 house, we took ours out and this fitted right into the same space . I love it. It was only $100. I loved the tour, cute house!

Absolutely love the metal sink repurposed into a planter. Was into collecting different dishware. Still have a few collections. Old picture frames are my favorite item to collect now. Wood baskets is a weak spot on collecting lol. You have amazing thrift finds and style them so beautifully. Have a wonderful blessed week.
