Did Jeff Bezos Plan Amazon's Dominance from the Start?
Joe asks Steven Pope, founder of the wildly successful agency "My Amazon Guy,” how Amazon achieved its success, questioning whether it was a happy accident or a calculated plan.
Steven responds, asserting that Bezos is a visionary and that it was all according to plan. He explains that early investments were key, sharing his experience with a women's plus-size clothing company in Baltimore. At that time, Amazon didn't have FBA, and he was part of the beta program for advertising. Amazon had nearly a hundred FBA facilities before most brands utilized them.
Steven describes Amazon as a vertically integrated logistics company first and foremost. He highlights that Amazon now makes more money from advertising than AWS, pointing out that they chose growth over profit for nearly a decade, with stockholders rewarding this vision. Despite concerns, Amazon continues to grow, with Prime memberships at 82% in the US. Steven concludes by marveling at their continued success.

Ballet beautiful workouts have not left my workout routine ever since I found them for the first time 9 years ago. They totally change the body and have also impacted how I work with my clients, since I’m a physical therapist. I’m forever a fan of Mary-Helen’s work!
Do you think they would be helpful for someone with sciatica?
Thanks for listening!
I adore ballet Beautiful which i practice since 2012!best body ever, best results.. Soft yet powerful
Appreciate you listening!
I saw Edward’s in Norfolk Va and I’d have to say he was terrible. He would let anyone ask questions about those they had lost. That’s the only reason we all were there. He picked one family to give them a reading. It was a complete waste of money. Never ever again.
Great interview!!
Great Title, he is like the psychic next door bc he is so humble and down to earth and like a regular person. I think he is so humble . My family and I went on his show crossing over and I also had a reading during covid by him in an online group . Anytime he’s been down to earth and a very genuine kind person. I believe he is real and helps so many people. I am glad he kept going and didn’t let people tear him down . He is one of a kind
Thank you! He's a good egg, I appreciate you watching.
One of THE best interviews with JE I've seen. As much as I enjoy watching readings and the connections that are made during them, and the lessons I learn while watching- sometimes I wish I knew more about John as a person. (Obviously only as much as he would wish to share with someone (s) he doesn't know.) The insights into the human behind all the 'hype' helps to create a trust space between John and those of us who appreciate what he brings to our world. THANK YOU for the excellent questions that very few think to ask- about the man and his feelings/ experiences of his own life.
I appreciate your feedback, and I'm glad you enjoyed our chat.
Monkey Boy!!!!!!! I miss PLJ so much 💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞
Great interview! Thank you @Joe Pardavilla and @John Edward
Thanks for watching!

He talks about Tilly during the chat.

Great episode, Joe! Your discussion with Kayla about the impact of the pandemic on relationships and social skills was spot on. I've sent you a DM on Instagram to continue this great conversation. Keep up the awesome work!
Glad you enjoyed it!
everything is more expensive because of Biden and his cronies
not sure you should admit to being a liberal
I’d say lack of communication
It surely can be, but that comes back to fundamental values. If you both value communication, barring something like infidelity youd like to hide, youre naturally going to be more communcative.
I've lived in the South my entire life and still do. This isnt complicated. They move here and stay here because of the low cost of living and cheap real estate.
Well it's cheaper, but not THAT cheap.
NOPE! I been down South, could not pay me to go back.
You can stay ;)
RAGS to RICHES is Our SEXY SAPPHIRE ,, Girl is gonna set the World on FIRE !!
The tip to become a regular somewhere is good. Most of my friends were made that way. I used to bowl and now I play billiards on a travel team. I am a regular in 2 locations.
Excellent! Good luck!
No. Telling men to allow women to stalk them easier, change who they are, and become a simp for women is not how to do it. Be a real man, be respectful, no dick picks, be honest, don't play the games of phone tag or non communication, be straight up and tell them coffee or walk in the park is a first date. Explain you don't want a boss you want a relationship. Tell them if they have insta, Snapchat, or anything else that is not for work you aren't interested. If she has OF or a sugar baby no thanks. Tell her if she has kids it's probably not going to work. If she is still in contact with her ex's no thank you. And she doesn't need to know how much you make or car you drive. Sure it's a lot but if you are looking for a successful relationship start with this. And make sure she knows you are the prize but also let her know you will treat her like a queen if you are treated like a king.
Sofia, Bulgaria is amazing, I can recommend a lot of unique places. Speaking as someone from Sofia. ;) Great podcast, glad that I stumbled upon it today!

“Never follow trends sweetie, MAKE THEM!” -C*
The truth is the band was legally dissolved after the plane crash. The survivors all signed an oath not to ever play and profit off the name Lynyrd Skynyrd. Rossington, and Powell were flat broke and begged and pleaded with Ronnie’s wife to allow a tribute tour of ten dates. They booked triple that amount unbeknownst to Ronnie’s wife and were successfully sued and lost over it. I love the real Lynyrd Skynyrd band, the current band is a tribute band. Look at them milking every ounce of money as they can off something that not one single member of is an original or recording member. Not a single one. The songs you love these people had absolutely nothing to do with.
Wonderful interview
Thank you Susan!
Ya' know?...I see and read a lot of scuttle butt about Skynyrd being a coverband and maybe so... but,at least they sell me and whole lot of other bands brands ...as wannabes...so next?...
What??...no veiwable podcasting?...I still love Lynyrd Skynyrd
thanks. this was helpful for getting to know Byrd
Personally, I have mixed feelings. On one hand, I have no problem with people making an honest living, hurting no one. On the other, Lynyrd Skynyrd died in a field in rural Mississippi in 1977. After that, EVERYTHING done by Lynyrd Skynyrd was as a tribute band. If you're good with that, by all means enjoy. Saw them 15 years ago at a casino in Shreveport. Sounded good but to me, it just wasn't Lynyrd Skynyrd. I wish Johnny and the rest the best of luck with their endeavors.
I'm a old hard core Lynyrd Skynyrd fan from old times past also. But if it was for Johnny to carry the torch I'm for it because it's really about the Fans and IF I LEAVE HERE TOMORROW , WOULD YOU STILL REMEMBER ME. That said it is all bro
They've actually sold it willingly
America has lost its soul in case you're not f****** paying attention
BANDA COVER GARY❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ JOHNNY, DAMON E RICKEY 🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 LYNYRD SKYNYRD NOW💩💩💩💩💩
The truth is, Johnny needs the paycheck from touring as does Rickey Medlocke and especially EVERY other member of that band. Does Dale Krantz Rossington want to be a part of this SHAM of a band? They aren't keeping the legacy going, they are reminding people that they should buy Skynyrd DVDs and CDRs and also tickets and any other assorted crap. They tour to promote the BRAND that was the LIFE's WORK of all of the original members. I only saw the tribute tour. By 1994 Johnny's voice was gone, Ed left the band and Randall Hall as well. Rickey stepped in as the LOST ORIGINAL MEMBER. It sure seemed to me that Rickey left and was doing his own thing. I don't think the man was FORCED out of the band. If Rickey wanted back in after the first album broke, well the band had an established lineup. More people than Ronnie would have had something to say if Rickey jumped back into the band. The band was perfect the way it was and more perfect when Ed King switched from bass back to guitar. Oh well, Rickey got to be in Skynyrd but in the SAD years when people can't let go what has already come and gone. But wait, they can still make a lot of money pretending, I mean carrying on the legacy as Ronnie would have wanted. Yeah, OK.
I thought Ronnie started it when he asked what song is it you wanna hear? FREEBIRD!!
Yes Ronnie did start this Band Johnny was asked to play by Gary Rossington
I think it's because of Ronnie's MOJO. Ronnie was in a league of his own. This guy doesn't know the history of Lynyrd Skynyrd and Rolling Stones.....!
ya man
