Afrter going on a Bourbon Hunt in Virginia, Tina and I decided to head over to West Virginia and tour some sights in Monongaheala National Forest where there have been numerous sightings and bigfoot incidents. We went to spots in Pocahontas and Greenbrier Counties in Eastern West Virginia

FYI We had family from out of state come to visit and every time they would come visit they would always say we have to get one of those Moores hotdogs before we leave. And then they would buy a pint of the chili to take home with them. I hope you enjoyed your food aloong with the southern hospitality.

I've been going to Pocahontas for years. Try the Little River area. We heard knocks and found tracks there up on top the blue marked trail near the top of the mountain.

Hello, Big Foot can sense a person, you need to smear yourself with the feces of some animal, for example, a badger or a fox, then you can get closer
I guess you obviously have plenty of experience rubbing feces on yourself, but I think I will pass. I have seen a bigfoot, so your comment is ridiculous, and you may think you are funny, but actually you only show that you have the mentality of a 7th grader. Actually, that is not giving 7th graders much credit, as I have taught many 7th graders that would never think like this. They have parents that have taught them to treat others with dignity and to not degrade themselves by making idiotic comments.

try Gaudineer knob, just west of Durbin - old spruce forest there - you can't see 10 ft into those woods from the trail.It's also spooky as hell. Hope you rode the train at Cass at some point

I guess you're not Virginia residents as you said that you had never seen Buffalo Trace on the shelf in Virginia...or haven't been bourbon hunting very long. Hasn't been but a handful of years since they started allocation. Prior to, all of the products were on the shelf with no limit.

I have only bourbon hunted in Virginia once and I went into a ABC store and they had 6 bottles of John J Bowman on the shelf. I grabbed all 6 and brought them back to Ohio for friends.

Stereotypical hypothermia. Victims of hypothermia often feel hot and start removing clothes. It explains him being disoriented as well. Hypothermia can happen within minutes

@frazier22303 - I agree with him dying of hypothermia, and yes it does happen quickly. However, I think he left the trail for some reason, stayed behind for some unknown reason. He was waiting on the other Scout to come up, but that Scout never saw him. He had already left the trail. Was it by his own accord. I wish I knew. Forgive me for being short, but I get a lot of crazy comments sometimes, as you can imagine. Take Care

VA ABC has stopped doing 'drops' and now just do not say what is going where or when, so good luck with that... all I know my local store now never gets anything, at least they use to get some Buffalow Trace, or other allocated.. now ..NOTHING.. and yes. the VA ABC is COMPLETELY CORRUPT and RUN BY CROOKS.. they should be investigated and prosecuted.
...and if your local store got Buffalo Trace, you had to take your chance on getting it in a drop. "No More Drops" is the best thing that has happened in a while with Virginia ABC stores. I do not think the VA ABC is corrupt. They are doing the best they can, and keeping prices down. Cheer up, walk into a store sometime and you might find some good bottles.
