I just replaced my spur gear with the factory replacement and ARRMA gives you a plastic spur gear replacement where the factory one that came with the 3s is metal.

I've bought 2 new in box Arrmas and neither one had any plastic over the lexan body, and neither one was zip-tied into the cardboard. I think Amazon sells returns as new, when someone buys it, doesn't drive it because they didn't realize it didn't come with a battery, and returns it.

Good thing I didn't watch this video before buyer my vorteks. This truck preformed terribly given the locations😅

Summer 2024 -Kraton now has a center diff. Still says v2 though so be careful when buying one.

they over engineered the motor clamp, but forgot that the whole thing will shift under extreme driving.

Just did this on my one month old traxxas sledge non belted. But now the foams bunched up inside the tire. Any suggestions on fixing the foam?

I'm in the process of putting a Felony front diff into the rear of the felony (and the 15t input gear to match) and this video helped me understand the workings of diffs and fluid. I'm sure i can tune the diffs to get a little less uneven tire wear, but the main thing is being able to run 4 of the same diameter tires, so i can get more tire options and rotate them as necessary. Thanks, big time!

This may be a little long winded, but it’s what is required (I feel) to answer my question. For the details……… I run a Losi Ten SCTe 3.0 Race Kit. The track is an indoor medium sized high packed high traction clay track. The manual for the truck calls for……Front & Center Diff Oil of 7K. The rear diff calls for 5K. I am currently running 7K in the front, 10K in the center and 5K in the rear. Now for my question. What effect would it have on the truck to run the 7K in the center diff like the manual calls for?

U just made my life easier I was contemplating selling my kraton cause I blew a front diff and my hobby shop wanted a lot to money to fix it plus part cost so in a couple of weeks I will be getting the parts and fixing it my self

I like it in general, but it's pretty ugly, IMHO, and I dislike the tires and wheels a lot. But that's not a big deal. I'm impressed that you didn't break anything, but it seems like that's as much pure luck sometimes as it is by the design of the car/truck. Anyway, great job as usual!
