It's amazing after reviewing these comments on how biased people are in Steffi's favor. It really proves how "white" america really hates a successful black person. A lot was made of this result, and probably the wrong conclusions were drawn. Surprised to see that even then Serena was moving slow around court; she could - already then - win points with a devastating ball down the line or crosscourt.. but when being put in the defense... she was producing very choppy tennis that exposed her weak points (no pun). Nice to see that compared with the focus, finesse and fitness in Graff's tennis.

seriously , Graf is/was also a quite pretty woman. What a gift. Unfortunately they withdrew from their semi final....

steffi playing Mixed was a rare occasion i believe. What a legend she is back then , in between and now.

I miss these two , they shared a certain quality lacking in so many female tennis players of that era. But I am too much of a gentleman to mention those qualities here publicly.
