Pokemon should have stayed 2,5D rather than going 3d, an open world experience would have been so much easier to implement

We'll I haven't had Pokemon Scarlet running like trash ,the only problems I have is the lack of clothes customizations and how Terastallization is cool in concept but looks stupid otherwise the game is fun to play

Is it the same game/ISO? Basically is the switch acting like an GameCube emulator or was this game reworked from the ground up?

He forgot to mention that you can barely find the disc version theses days and you’d need to pay a premium subscription on Play station to stream the game which is dumb if you could just buy the game that would be fine but not a whole subscription

This was a very faithful remaster to the original. My original copy was scratced and sold a long time ago, and having had the opportunity to play this. DAMN they really did a very good job.

I just downloaded Octopath traveler on my Xbox One and the characters are extremely blurry to the point i cant even play the game. The environment and menus are crystal clear, but the sprites are too blurred. I have a 1080p TV. Xbox by default won't let me change Ghz, tried messing around with other settings but does nothing but make it worse. I also have this game physical copy on my PS5 and it looks beautiful, perfectly fine. I have no clue why this game on Xbox looks like this. Can someone please help me?!!

One problem: an emulator with an HD texture pack gets perfect 4k. A switch doesn’t have 4k. So it may be so much better in theory, but the resolution is painfully low.

It's a major de-make as the switch version runs at 30fps.

Media still not knowing the difference between a Remaster and a Remake is funny.

I don’t like the paper craft style of the bigger enemies such as bigga bloops. I prefer all enemies to be 2 dimensional and environment papercraft. The papercraft kills the smooth feel of the game for me.

I wouldn’t say it looks A LOT better. Sure it looks better, but not enough to justify half the framerate. The original still looks so good and plays much better. The remake feels so sluggish in comparison. I already beat it, but I’ll stick with the original for future playthroughs.

Id rather only the characters be paper, because the world feels less like a real world and more like an elementary schools arts and crafts project but i still appreciate the graphics for what they are

I prefer the original soundtrack in almost all cases. A lot of tracks add an instrument that detracts from the original tune. Like the glitz pit lobby sounds totally different. It's great at least that we have both options in game

You know that's something I've always wanted to know about Pokemon Let's go Pikachu Eevee Sword Shield Scarlet and Violet: where the is our dad? Where did he go? What happened to him? Did he leave us? And just like the original Pokemon series like Ash, how come the main player's age is always 10 years old?
