Arrow 770 machine at work in Australia. Delta Machine Kerbing Pty Ltd. This video is a brief overlay of the operations of a kerb making machine at work on site.
Why doesn’t this crap move continuously? This is crappy workmanship and an equipment with flaws.
This curb is less then 2KM from my house, and my step dad was the surveyor for this job. Iv started my own concrete business here in Goulburn and found this video 12 years later, such a small world.
Bellissimo........
Very basic machine doing a fine job!
Is rebar necessary for the kerb?
Yes otherwise it will pop the first time a car wheel hits it. Its to create a structural join between the two concrete surfaces

Вот как нормальные люди дорожные бардюры ставят телегу протянули и малочкой задрочили. А у нас бетон растяни поравняй ещё и бордюры по 100кг растяни и поставь.
Does the string at the back represent the top of kerb level?
Yes
I want to buy one. How much does this cost ?
Why did they add the slits in at that one point?
I believe it's for when the ground and curb expands and contracts. That way it doesn't end up just cracking at that one point.
No female workers around ? We need some feminism in this bitch. Oh wait, those bitches want special attention, but not this kind.
ok then
Ingénieux!
sakno supire . . . . .
looks like you need to same amount of workers to do the same work
We have had machines like this in the uk for over thirty years, Made by a firm called XTRUDAKERB.

nice
Why are curbs necessary?
***** ok well kerbs then? Aside from wasting money, destroying wheels and ponding water on the roadway what reason could there be?
+Theflyingbrant I guess so because I don't understand how a six inch kerb is supposed to stop a car from striking a pedestrian. please explain
***** but gravel doesn't damage wheels and force people to park in the street and block traffic when they would otherwise park on the grass. Curbs are also more expensive and require more maintenance.
+Roger R.D. Wentworth III there there so the edge of the black top doesn't crack and break away, thus resulting in more pot holes and puddles and more chance of you damaging your wheels
+Roger R.D. Wentworth III used to funnel water to the sewage system
I'm a groundworker myself. I'd love to have a month or so learning a new technique!
+Sean Clinch a new technique there dont look much technique there to learn
i am interested in this machine can i have a price of it.
nkosinathi caku-caku 698 dollar
Freek De Laan Dear sir you showed Price US$698 is this machine avilbel with you.

Sacré technique et joli résultat. Du savoir-faire aussi !
maybe its because it looks like chocolate icecream
Should call the machine a "lazy rabbit" as it slowly hops along. Trying to figure out the benefit of this vs. say a gomaco? Obviously initial cost but lots of used gomacos out there for cheap. And a gomaco can do it a lot faster. There's a reason the big boys copy the gomaco design (Gomaco "borrows" designs now too so...).
The start and stop marks are ridiculous, too. Love the nice smooth creamy surface Gomaco’s leave to work with.
for some reason cement looks tasty when its liquidy
do you mean rebar? Rebar is not used in these curbs.
does anyone know where i could buy a used kerbmaker?
Should try a Pro Kerb machine
Kind of interesting, but looks boring to do
intermittent-duty, loud, slow... (shit) :)
