I have a 2010 Flex Limited AWD.... that's way too much work... I've never had to do the right hand side but I did the left hand side with just a pair of needle nose pliers... in and out in about 3 minutes.

I didn't do all of that, just have to finesse the bulb out while the housing is in place, now to take the housing out to change the housing, than this is the video.

Really, it must drive those pilots nuts not being able to see directly in front of them. I don't know that I'd ever get used to it. I know I'd try to use a booster seat or sit on a big, thick book. Need to pop the center piece of grill that extends into headlghts. Behind that are two 10 mm bolts that need to be removed before bumper comes off. This is the whole trick to the job. I did it in less than 30 mins taking bumper off and would be much faster next to around.

So you don't need to remove the ballast like you did at 1:42, to remove the bulb and high tension connector? Looks like you ended up replacing the bulb all through the round access seal/port? Is that correct?
