Fixed is better but even slower. I think off looks best = 2x fps = no fake shimmering = not sure on mirrors. but way smoother.

I can see why people turn RTX off, too much shimmering Artifacts. It looks better in some areas and worse in others. Its a frame rate killer too. My 4070 is like 130-200 fps off and 74fps RTX on and in most cases I can't tell on from off. This video they cherry picked select scenes but even in those there is crawling and shimmering artifacts.

The hell systems all testers have.. if i oc my 10700k and ram i have + 100fps in games or more

I have a 3070tu and a 3440 oled ultrawide that canxreach 240hz and i dont have money for a 4090 im thinking maybe a 4070ti super will get me close to 240 on like cod , low settings Hopefully

Its funny how i Played originál all games and later i Played even new ediotion with RT all run smooth on 1440p with max out settings on my Rtx 3070 and just perfection the stupid thing is that i wanted to play game again so i reinstal it and i gót absolutly terrible experience game run bad but its weir one second game run great another one extremly stuttering and i just enter walley side of story and i just quit cant play game Like that i even try to anable rbar thats just makes everything worse soo i just put it back to originál settings but nothing work render is all over the place and gpu stuck at 86percent and before was all ways 99percent plus CPU gót stuck at 50 percent and before it was 20 to 30 this is terrible. I have no idea how to fix it.

For me with rt is like with rice cooker. You don't have. you don't think that you need it. But after buying it you can't imagine life with out it. When you have card that can run game with rt on at good fps you want switch it off even if you need to dawn scale resolution with dlss

im play without RT if you look well the refections in most parts make mush more sence without RT and the differençe is really almost nothing and you will have a big boost in fps ,also remember put on the resize bar it help have a constant fps and not freeze

in witcher its pointless to turn it on like youre a godamnn monster hunting super human not a sightseeing tourist

hard to believe the first version even utilized ray tracing, then again to my knowledge metro exodus was the first consumer game to release with the first for of RT.

It's really weird, they use some real time reflections without ray tracing. Look at 2:00, RT off you can see the robotic arm moving in the reflection. RT = no robot arm? Wtf!!!

wow.. such a waste of frames... i paused the video countless times to spot the diffirences.. it was almost hte same video. the only 2 scenes i could see a difference was with the reflection of protagonist on the glass and the scene with the lamp where the light reflects on the table..nothing else in 10 minutes.. im going all rtx off with my 7900xt
