Silver Falls State Park Overview - 11 waterfalls on one trail #nature #statepark #waterfall
Where else can you walk behind a waterfall? Check out the famous South Falls and see what a 177-foot water curtain looks like from behind. It’s part of the Trail of Ten Falls, a spectacular, nationally recognized hiking trail that weaves through a dense forested landscape. The trail passes a series of breathtaking waterfalls along a rocky canyon, and descends to a winding creek at the forest floor. This 7 mile loop is considered a moderate hike, with an overall elevation change of 800 feet. Several connecting trails with separate access points make shorter routes. For everyone’s safety- absolutely no pets are allowed on the Canyon Trail. Pets on leash are allowed on all other trails. #nature #waterfall #statepark #oregonwaterfalls #oregon #travel #traveling

The Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-17PF
zhlédnutí 663Před 21 dnem
The Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-17PF was delivered as an all-weather interceptor version of the MiG-17. The design of the MiG-17 ensured improved high speed performance characteristics as a carry-over from its predecessor, the MiG-15. The prototype first flew on January 13, 1950. It was the first Soviet fighter to have an afterburning engine, the Klimov VK-1. The large wings with the large wing-fences...

Whoaa!
Beautiful
The real question is what isn’t being dumped into the oceans?
Different
so crazy , and wow the cylinder walls are so thin . I am no expert on radials but amazed by the power houses they are . I wonder if rotary engines were derived from this concept .
Movie prop , no rear differential or transmission or motor . Never had one !
Looks like a ww1 transport vehicle
Somebody made that look at the leafsprings they didn't go like that until the 1930s
It’s my new rebuild
IT LOOKS LIKE A TRUCK. 😂
Looks like a 1962 Buick.
Probably what we will be driving in the next couple years
That nose !Jesus wind tunnel Christ
Looks like it could be an Autocar from WWl.
Close encounters of the 3rd kind, returned item.🤯
Wow , now that's an old timer . A military vehical , probably dated back in WW-I ... So cool .
Mail wagon
Wagon car 1905
In 1916 approximately, the United States invaded northern Mexico because Pancho Villa was killing Americans. I wonder if that's one of the trucks that was used to transport the 10,000 US troops. It appears to be missing its engine.
Amazing answer!!!! In the New Mexico history Museum, there are pictures of this event, with the very similar vehicles in the distance with military personnel of the era
the original prototype the cybertruck, It is also a chicken coop, it gets its energy from the movement of the chickens.😂
It is a sculpture of a WW2 personnel carrier.
It's cookie's truck from Atlantic
Caltrans Inspection Vehicle.😂😂😂
Converted Conestoga wagon that SASQUATCHES drove during Desert Storm in Africa.
Ww1 ambulance
The original Jeepers creepers truck
🤣
😂
This Mig does resemble the Mig 15 flown during Korean war...
F111 fall out of the sky, a lot, so you really do need a good ejector seat.
Beautiful.
Thank you!
@@SeeTheWonder You're welcome
It was also capable of using the "stick" flight control as a water pump by turning a valve handle in case of landing in the water, and taking on the water 🌊 I'm a former USAF Sgt trained on it's use. 👍🇺🇸🇺🇸
Wow
Was the capsule ejection to protect pilots from radiological hazard in case of aircraft failure during nuclear strike mission?
What a beautiful design and styling ❤❤
Glad you like it
That is beautiful watter falls 😍 ❤️ thanks fo video
Thanks for visiting
Tough but wow- endorphins for hours after
lame
Any points to improve?
Too bad we've destroyed most of the old growth forests.
🥲
Poor navigator and weapons guys ... how did they get out ??
It only had two crew members!
😮
My home woods. From Willits. One of the most pleasant places to live in the USA; minus the atrocious politics and influx of homeless and illegals. The natural beauty is hands down, bar-none!
Great place to enjoy
chilled with you until the xenophobia and classism
Used to live in eureka. Can confirm.
Great place to visit
Cool place
For sure
because he can, and it’s his pet lil bro. Imagine if u had a dog and I said: EW WHY DO U HAVE THAT IN UR HOUSE🤮🤮. How would you feel? Hm?
I have sketched this out for airliners multiple times in the past 30 years, no reason this could not be done other than money.
Maybe no reasons to improve. Like “it’s already ok”
They should do this for airliners: the entire passenger compartment could be one giant escape pod.
So you want just cut of the belly and the wings? XD. It would be crazy complicated to have essentially an airplane in an airplane.
The original North American Rockwell design for the B-1 bomber utilized the same capsule concept. For reason of reducing costs the capsule concept was abandoned.
I'm picturing other aircraft using similar set-ups. The main issue that I am thinking about is the bulkhead between the cockpit and the back of the plane. Such a set-up would create a weak point. I'm curious to hear what others have in mind.
Why the US marking
I think they got some and used them somewhere
We use them for training. We acquire them and I don't remember how that was but probably the same way required later migs. Some of them their pilot just flew them right to us
North Korean markings
@@None-zc5vg maybe I should look at the markings again closer. I just assumed that the person was correct when they asked about the American markings. But we did have migs that we came in possession of. At one time I was not the inner ring of guard but close to it for the stealth fighter. When they first put it on public display. I have also seen migs back in the day and they belong to the United States. That plain scared the crap out of me because of what it represent especially at the time. Even if the Soviets were broke and couldn't feed their people at the time they were our Arch enemies. I can remember the United States providing humanitarian assistance to the USSR with wheat and possibly other grains so that they would not faced such large scale hunger and death in their country. But yet they were there the superpower that we're going to kill us. It seems somewhat odd then but now even more odd. Sorry I am rambling on and with the reply you did not even ask for. On a smaller scale North Korea is following what the USSR model was back in the day. But North Korea has ignored the health and welfare of their own people even more so. That is not from me direct observation just when I observe in the press. Eisenhower named military industrial complex concern need to be addressed I think more often nowadays. The migs I saw were a lot newer than this one.
I don’t know any instances where this worked. I do know of instances where it did not in the crew died.
Thanks for the geographical information
☺️
